In Korea Big Bang is your entire generation. The music was with you in middle school, high school, entering college, entering the workforce, and becoming parents as a millennial. But their music transcends because your parents also liked them and your grandparents saw your obsession. As you had babies your babies also know their songs. Big Bang is like Micheal Jackson, everyone knows them and knows their influence. You grew up with them. There’s a reason why they have unique listeners unlike any other kpop group. No one can touch their music influence as a group in Korea, not even BTS. They are called the concrete wall and coined the emperors of kpop (kings of kpop) for a reason. Whatever song they make is an instant hit no matter if they even sing or promote it. “F**k it” became the #1 most downloaded song of the year in South Korea, RELEASED DECEMBER 12, 2016. they didn’t even need a full month to do that, THAT IS BIG BANG

They are an OG group -- who debuted in 2006 -- that all other Kpop groups look up to and they are one of the groups that EVERYONE respects. They are one of the founders that made Kpop an international success. BigBang are the leaders of K-hip-hop and one of the most successful Kpop groups of their time. They are the group that made YG Entertainment one of the big three entertainment companies alongside SM and JYP. BigBang literally made YG what it is today. In "Bang Bang Bang": > The guy without the shirt standing on the van is Taeyang, vocalist and main dancer. > The cowboy and the astronaut are the same guy who's name is T.O.P., main rapper. > The guy in the sand is Sungri, maknae and lead vocalist. > The guy with the red hair is the leader and King of all Kings named G-Dragon, who is the songwriter and a main rapper, etc. (Pretty much the guy all Kpop rappers and everyone in the industry looks up to.) > The guy with his hair covering his eyes is Daesung, main vocal. The female dancer GD is tethered to on the leash in "Bang Bang Bang" is Parris Goebel who is from New Zealand and she is the choreographer for this song, and pretty much the majority of BigBang's songs. She is known as "BigBang's choreographer". If you think their MVs are hype, just wait until you see them perform their songs live, they are just as mind blowing, if not more, live than they are in their MVs, and they have just as many or more people on stage with them in their live performances as they do in the MVs.

This is the best Kpop group out there. KIngs of Kpop. Thats what their called by Koreans and the other Idol groups. Debuted 2006 - can sing and dance anything. They are like no other Idol group because they are the first to do it. They were the first Idol group to have rappers and singers together. The first group to write their own songs, melodies and produce their own music. They introduced lightsticks, coloured hair and differnt styles, make their dress swag and individualized to each member, separately but together. They were the first to get Kpop out to the bigger world and their fandom called VIP's are from every country. They can sing any style of music you could think of and they have. They are still experimenting with their sound, music, dance and style now. these 2 songs although bangers........are just a tiny bit of what this group and their members can do and have done over the last 16 years. Each membrer is a Superstar in their own right and if you think these 2 songs were good - you should listen to some more becuase you wont be disappointed. Live performances are out of this world!!!!

How else did he get to have more than 12 trials and was still not found guilty until he went into military court......... Its all bullsh&**^t..... and we all know it.... - You tell me who goes to Court and has 12 trials and is not found guilty and still has to try and prove it again and again and again. they needed a celebrity to blame..... and as the property or pub where some of the actions supposedly went down was owned by him he was the one they pursued..... he pleaded guilty in the end to END his suffering because he knew the corrupted cops and politicians were not going to let it go... thats why he only has to serve 18 months....... Because he wants his life back.......... If this happened anywhere else in the Western world it would never even get to Court. And do not tell me that authorities are not corrupt - which world do you live in....I mean really. Charged for gambling in America like 5 - 7 years ago...... gets you 2 - 3 years in prison - you tell me whats fair about that........ in any country............Everyone said he had nothing to do with it - even those found gulity and who owned up to it.......but they still imprisoned him.......why do you think the rest of Big Bang has not made a comeback until recently....and did so just before his release...... YG's then CEO is quoted "YG didn't make BIGBANG, BIGBANG made YG"; and changed the landscape for kpop. Many 3rd/4th generation kpop groups will say that BIGBANG influenced them. They have solo work out too. Live performances are a whole different energy. Since you've already seen Bang Bang, Bang.. Check out "Loser" and "Bae Bae". They formed back in 2006, their leader G-Dragon writes most of their songs, produces most of their songs, and each of them have successful solo careers. They can do it all: ballads, dance, punk, rock, hip-hop, rap. If you want rap, they have the ultimate rap line in G-Dragon and TOP: G-Dragon (redhead in "Bang Bang Bang" one with the really long hair in "Fantastic Baby") has "Crooked" and "Crayon" as well as the ballad "Untitled 2014" to name a few; TOP (cowboy/astronaut in "Bang Bang Bang" and blue hair in "Fantastic Baby") has "Doom Dada"; and they have their subunit GD&TOP with "Zutter," "Don't Go Home," and "Baby Good Night." Singer Taeyang (riding the tank in "Bang Bang Bang" and covered in tattoos in "Fantastic Baby") does ballads and hip-hop with "Eyes, Nose, Lips" and "Ringa Linga" for example. T.O.P. is the crazy one in most of their videos... Loved T.O.P.'s representation of "the Rabbit on the Other Side of the Moon". In Korea, the rabbit is generally known as a symbol of fertility or rebirth. (The rabbit shows up in other kpop MV's like in BTS's "IDOL".) BTW, the IDOL video has lots of other examples of Korean culture Korean .....

All of BigBang are multi_talented and hold two to three degrees in engineering, Science, and Taeyang has a Masters in Theatrical performing Arts! There are over 300 MVs with their music and others who collaborated. Please take time and see ALl OF The Bang, you will not be disappointed. After that, I want you to hear that Taeyang will drop new album around May 2023, be watching as this is first album he's put out since "WhiteNightTour". Six years, not counting his two year Korean Military service from2018-2020. I can guarantee to you you won't be disappointed. GDragon has four solo albums and many collabs by Missy Elliot, Run,Suga, Zico,and Mino... Mino is from "Winner ".
