Thank you. I don't know if it is his best performance, but it is the only one that he hit a D8. He said that he did that on the spur of the moment. There's several other performances of other songs that he hits whistle notes, just not this high. Here's a link: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nImtoIWwopuCnK8 I think that 'Daybreak' at Bastau might be one of the best performances. This is amazing. Dimash sings this often at concerts and the crowd often sings with him. This was written by him and his Dad when he was a teenager.

Dimash wrote this song when he was 16 or 17 years old and the lyrics were written by Oral Baissengir, of course in Kazakh. This performance was in Kazakhstan (Gakku TV is a Kazakh television channel. I heard there were about 150,000 spectators and the city center had to be completely closed). There he hit his highest note so far, his famous D8. You don't need to look for this note on the piano, the keys weren't enough for that anymore. Some say the tone isn't exactly pleasing to the ear, but it doesn't make it any less spectacular. Incidentally, Dimash himself said that this was not actually intended. He probably wanted to sing his "normal" G#7, but when he did, no sound came out of his throat. When he started again, the C8 came and then the D8. A 5 second accident with vibrato😂. Only Dimash can do this. And then he continues as nothing has happened. Some joke that he actually sang a higher note, but realized that we earthlings can’t hear notes that high, so he “only” sang the D8😉 Greetings and love from Germany👋❤️

Yes, this particular version is a masterpiece and that note he hit is indeed very real lol so really pleased you loved this as much as us! For your next reaction to Dimash, could you please do Durdaraz? I personally much prefer his version taken from his digital show in 2021 but the one from his Almaty concert is equally just as impressive. Many thanks! 😊

When I first heard Dimash hit the D8 I had to verify it on a musical note frequency chart. I whipped out my frequency app on my phone and replayed that part of the song. Dimash actually hit a C#8 (4434.92 Hz) for 2 seconds and then bent it up to the D8 for 5 seconds with vibrato. A D8 frequency is 4698.63 Hz. Dimash actually hit 4702 Hz which is basically spot on the D8. Just incredible! - Pete from Dallas

He has done it since then, but not as high. Luke you need to react to a new song he just sang on April 29, 2023 in Armenia. He sang an Armenian folk song, I Will Die for the Wind in the Mountains.

Dimash is the best singer in the WORLD and there are no doubts about that, his voice is a prodigy of nature and a genetic marvel since his parents are two glories of singing from Kazakhstan since he was 5 years old, he sings publicly and has more than twenty years of lyrical training and graduated from the university of music, he is a singer, composer, arranger and multi instrumentalist, he plays more than seven musical instruments and sings in more than twelve(12) languages, he is also a great performer and a great artist who lives and feels music He is not an imitator of voices , Dimash has his own style and is one of the forerunners of the "POPera" he also has a very pleasant, HUMBLE and simple personality, easy access, which makes it very easy to follow, he always travels with His family and friends is a very educated person and an example to follow, he has become known for his musical talent not for getting into trouble or scandals, It has a very wide vocal range of approximately 7 octaves ,he is a singer with a wide vocal range very versatile is Baritone, TENOR , Soprano, counter TENOR, mezasoprano, everything at the same time is how to have 5 singers in one, it has a male and female voice, also many resources such as vibrato, "melismas", falsetto, Staccato, whistle tone, reaching a( D8 )live "Outside of Piano"at the concert of Gakku in an unforgettable day, at his young age he continues to improve and grow musically to perfection, he has a good physical presence he measures 191 cm or 6 "3", he is very famous and recognized in Asia and now he is becoming known In Europe and America, ALL their songs are spectacular, it always goes from low to high, soft to spectacular at the end, in my almost half a century of life I never heard so much quality and it is the hope of continuity of the classical genre because all the old tenors have already Almost all of them died and Dimash can sing like them but none of them can sing like Dimash, being a Man he sings better than any Tenor and his female voice is superior to that of any average Soprano, greetings and a hug from USA 🇺🇸 "Dears" Forever ❤️ Sorry for copying and pasting my informative comment in ALL the Video reactions to Dimash what I see but I do it with the intention of sharing information about him and what I think that in the music industry there are many artists who have been successful and have no talent and are bad people and they do not set a good example for the youth, Dimash and his music deserve to triumph in America, Europe and the whole WORLD, do you want to have already read my comment please come by without problem there is always someone who for the first time knows this information and I won't get tired of sharing it with all my friends"Dear" around the world, thanks for reading and for supporting Dimash 🙏🏻S.O.S. It doesn’t matter it took so long, because it was definitely worth it … wasn’t it ?! Yes, that was a D8, that is the note D from the 8th octave, which is off the piano keyboard and the highest note ever sung by a human … no wonder many of his dears suspect he is an alien - right ?? Those who told you to watch the Gakku concert version (me included) were right … now you certainly understand why. It doesn’t really matter what Dimash performance you’re watching, recommended or not, each and every single one of them is completely unique and totally breath taking. Since you mentioned suggestions - I have one … that is if you haven’t watched it already: kzbin.info/www/bejne/o3K3YoKijJmUe9E … and to answer your question in advance - yes, he won (Voice Of Romania). If I remember correctly, you and your lovely wife were expecting a baby … let us know how it all developed. Salutations from a Romanian brother …

If you want amazing video of Dimash, react to Across endless dimensions…although the two live performances of this are incredible as well..Dimash hits a note that astounds.

If we check other versions that Dimash sings of this song (he wrote when he was younger), we can see a melisma or other very beautiful variations in this part of the "whistle". Here, playing on an open stage and with some discomfort in the return (we can see several times adjusting the earphone) we realize, in this specific part of the song, that he is going to do something and, not being able to perform what he pretended (perhaps interference from the audience the ragged feedback has hampered his concentration), so he sends this historic and wonderful C#8 modulated to D8 and vibrato! A more technical analysis we can see that the notes sound dissonant, as they do not belong to the harmonic field of the tonality of the music. Even so, it's a show of technique! He must have thought instantly: "Since I couldn't do what I wanted, I'm going to break bad out of the tent and send the inconceivable and supernatural D8 (4,698.64 Hz)!" Of course this is a joke of mine, but it makes us wonder: What's Dimash's limit?

Not many singers could sing or attempt to sing, let alone throw in a sustained D8 live in front of 150,000 people.

😂😂😂😂😂 No, it wasn’t real, it was a tea kettle hidden inside his throat…🤪🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂 That, my friend, was the legendary D8, which by the way, wasn’t planned. Dimash usually wants all his notes to sound beautiful, which is why he doesn’t produce this note normally. At this frequency, a voice doesn’t sound beautiful but the note he had planned somehow failed to be caught by the microphone, as we can see, so he just jumped an octave or two higher. The incredible part for me is how this feat did not crack or rip his vocal cords and he just went on with a perfect voice right after it!

This was a very special one off, but by far not his greatest vocal performance, in my opinion anyway. Just saw him perform in Turkey a few days ago. It was a really amazing show, he was so happy. Lots of fun, funny and very beautiful moments.

I live in a city called Harderwijk There is also one the biggest Dolphin shows from Europa. I let a few experts see and listen to the song They could not believe what they heard They compared it with Dolphin soud and said It is a above a D8 it is in the direction of a D9 They have never seen something like this en could not believe what they saw and heard. For your information and I also cannot believe this but it is Dimash haha

I disagree it being his best performance. Hitting that amazing D8 doesn't make it the best. SOS and Sinful Passion imo are a couple of his best. What the amazing this performance is he has six injections in his throat that day and was told to not sing. So he wasn't up to his norm energy and still kicked it out the ballpark. By the way not only was it a D8 he was able to sustain it and take into whistle register. Another thing he hit a D8 which is not on a piano.
