What if you dont want to save yourself?
@MentalAmanda3 жыл бұрын
@@donaldmccombs5566 You need to connect with people that will help you find your worth and meaning again. This might be a professional. This might be someone like me who has been there. Either way, you are worth saving even if you can't see it right now.

@@donaldmccombs5566 I would also suggest, be open to the idea that you are worth saving and that maybe in self criticism you are TOO harsh.

Went to a concert in baton rouge and i got to drink a beer with them during the bands singing before them. The most chill dudes ever. They signed everything i had and talked with me and my friend for hours.

This song made me think of some Rascal Flatts songs, first one is Why, a song specifying suicide, It's Not Supposed to go Like That, a song touching on loss that by consensus shouldn't happen, and Ellsworth, a song about the slow decline at the end of life and where comfort is found at that stage. These are songs I would love to see you react to and here your thoughts and feelings.

I suffered with anxiety and panic attacks for some time. Got so bad it was taking over my life. Fortunately it took 2 missed holidays for me to wake up, with the help of family and friends, to make that 1st call to get help. This was 2 years ago and I’ve never felt better and enjoyed my 1st family holiday this year. There is always a way to find help, if you’re not sure how to, Google for a well-being centre near you. It’s worth it. 👍🏼

I've been crying this entire video. Fuck me haha. Thanks for recommending this vid to me Amanda, it really hits home with every emotion I've been feeling since my friend Cassie took her own life. I hope she knows I miss her, her mum misses her, her brother misses her, her girlfriend misses her, her other friends miss her. She was loved by so many and I just wish she could've seen that she was a much greater person than she'd been bullied into believing she was.

I'm sorry Cassie lost her battle. I assure you (coming from experience) that beneath the depression, she knew how much you all loved her and how much you miss her.

Amanda try "23" by MC Lars. Strong song about a true suicide of the singers college roommate. He was once signed to the lead singer of bowling for soups label, and is a awesome guy and good friend of mine. I think you would enjoy breaking it down. Have never seen anyone react to it as he isnt a huge artist. Your videos rock and help me myself with depression.

Having one of those dark days. Don't worry I'm stronger than the suggestion and will not do that to those I love. But I am angry about her status and how she's in a relationship with someone else....someone who is a fucking loser, not my opinion, but the option of numerous friends. So apparently she only dates losers, guess that means I'm not a loser. I dunno if that's a positive way to look at things, but it is what it is, and I have a couple of broken knuckles thanks to my bathroom door. BTW that door is stout! I don't know how you are dealing with abandoment issues or kinda now. You have a beautiful soul, I'll never leave your side
