When people say their not bringing anything new to the table it’s like what the fuck do you expect. Led Zeppelin is one of the greatest and most world renowned rock bands in history. Sorry these guys who are all highly talented, heavily influenced, and obviously adore Led Zeppelin aren’t also musical geniuses who some how managed to take one of the most illustrious careers in rock history and “find something to new to improve it.” Fuck that. Great reaction. Best one on YT. Captured what most of us feel! Theyre on tour or were recently with Metallica. They have a whole catelog. They have different sounds as well and have evolved very nicely. They were also influenced by blues n classic rock. The singer is the little brother to the 2 guitarists. The 2 guitarists are twins and the drummer is their best friend. Their parents use to take them to seedy bars and motercycle clubs to play in their early teens (like The Partriage family). lol You should see how they look now. 3 brothers and a best friend. Unbelievable. I cant help but wonder if the 3 older ones formed the band and mom said "take your little brother with you".

I worked as a Program Director and on air talent at a small radio station near their home town of Frankenmuth, MI. Once in a while a small town local talent would have a song we may throw into limited rotation. I watched them on our local news and researched their music. Two days later Highway Tune was put into heavy rotation along with Standing On (must listen). People went nuts over this. Loved them! This song didn't get released for another 2 years after my station played them. They connected with Bob Seger, Kid Rock and Eminems producer in Detroit. The drummers mom told me the story at a small music in the park they performed at. Once they hit the Detroit airwaves, they blew up instantly.

I too, thought I was hearing old LZ. I knew it couldn't be new because Robert Plant does not have the range he once did. Personally, I would love it if Josh sang lead and either Danny, or Jason Bonham played drums touring as Led Zeppelin II or some such. Alas, there's little chance of that happening, but a guy can dream, can't he? btw, the other song of theirs that sounds the most like LZ IMO is Safari Song. A lot of their newer material has more of a Rush vibe according to many. subscribed.

I automatically became a HUGE fan and have been listening to them since and purchased a shirt directly from their website instead of a third party which I usually do. I can't get enough of them. I really did get all crazy and hyper like you did when I listened to them for months. They are our generation's Led Zep. And I am SO HAPPY that they brought that old school sound into today to keep it alive. You don't hear music like this anymore and they have revived it. Nothing but love for them.
