Marvin Gaye's Estate sued Ed Sheeran for copyright infringement because the Estate said Sheeran copied from Let's Get It On (written by Gaye) for Sheeran's song Thinking Out Loud. Sheeran won.

It’s a good mashup. One of my favorites. Such a cute video. The song at the end is an original of theirs. They have lots of originals. The latest original is written by Chance for a pirate game called Skull & Bones….it’s great. Tim goes insanely low in it. Right now they show scenes of the game but Home Free will come out with a video for it later in the year. The song is great. Good reaction! 😍

The man & woman in the video are a married couple who have videos with Chance ("The Hound & The Fox). They're also in "Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer" among other HF videos. There' are also videos of HF singing this live. Recently Ed Sheeran ("Thinking Out Loud") won a lawsuit initiated by the estate of Marvin Gaye (they claimed Sheeran had plagiarized the late Mavin Gaye's song "Let's Get It On").
