I think that "Journey - The Party's Over (Hopelessly In Love)" is the best representation of Journey at their peek and a perfectly written rock song.

Departure is one of Journey's best recordings, in my opinion. It was their third album with Perry and the first vine they produced themselves with Kevin Elson.. It seethes of Blues oriented Rock N Roll. Line of Fire features a gun shot in tribute to Junior Walkers Shot Gun. Walls Like a Lady is a in the pocket yrack featuring Rolie on the Hammer B 3 and Schon playing straight-up blues, Precipus Time features Rolie on Harmonica and keyboards, Homemade Love is pure fire. The entire album is rock and rythem and blues.

Me and my sweetie just saw Journey and Toto last night in Greenville, SC. Even though Steve perry isnt with Journey anymore, It was still one of the best shows Ive ever seen. Arnel Pineda is fronting Journey now, and holy crap!! That dude sounds a lot like Perry and might be a better entertainer. It was an awesome concert. Toto rocked really good too. I forgot how many good song they have. Man it was fun. And when Journey did 'Faithfully', it was like they were performing just for me and my girl. It was a special moment on Valentine's Day.
