My Prayers go out to Michael Bolton. He was diagnosed with a brain tumor (cancer) that was successfully removed a year ago. He is working hard to get to a point where he'll be able to go out on tour again. That's his goal. Michael has lots of Awesome songs like "SOUL PROVIDER", "SAID I LOVED YOU BUT I LIED", "WHEN A MAN LOVES A WOMAN", "LEAN ON ME".

I was never one to really listen to all of the lyrics, but " how am I supposed to live without you, now that I've been loving you so long" was playing on my car radio as I drove myself to the hospital because the social worker had called me to tell me that my daughter had attempted suicide. I still can't hear this song today without crying

Michael Bolton had such an incredible voice. I got to see him open for Heart when he was touring for this album. He was also an INCREDIBLE song writer. He’s written huge hits for too many artists and bands to mention, one of which was KISS. Before going solo he had a hard rock back called Blackjack and their lead guitar player Bruce Kulick went on to join KISS.
