Michael Bolton is a power house! This isn’t even one of his best songs. He’s also a great songwriter. A lot of people make fun of him, but I saw him in concert in Phoenix in 1992, and there wasn’t a woman in that audience who wouldn’t have left with that man! Me included. Just saying. It's his style and music that people make fun of; he was certainly popular in his day, but particularly with "mature" ladies. He was wildly out of step with the younger generation at the time, who found it easy to make fun of his earnestness and soft-rock sound. But he laughed all the way to the bank, and now that the times have changed again he doesn't seem as uncool. Even in the 90s when it was cool to hate him though, I don't think anyone was saying he didn't have an all-time voice.

You should check out Micheal Bolton with Kenny G doing " Georgia on my mind ". Fun Fact about Michael Bolton, he was a die hard softball player. Him and his band would play softball games against local teams when he toured. Sometimes playing double headers so more people ( teams ) would get a chance to play against them. They would take donations at all the games and donate the money to local charities. He also put out a video about playing softball and hitting techniques. Surprisingly he was a very good ball player !!!!!!!
