I cried too when Michael Jackson died. R.i.p to your father. My daughter is 36 and Michael Jackson is her favorite entertainer. My mother died on Michael Jacksons birthday August 29 and my friends son was born on the day Michael Jackson died. I hope you tap into Thriller and Off the Wall plus The Jackson 5 when He was a kid. I love your reactions

This song is fire when it came out. The whole "Off The Wall" album is fire. I believe this was his first solo project without his brothers. That being said react to the song "OFF THE WALL" by MJ.

Bruh... this can't be real you're literally a couple years younger than me... HOW haven't you heard any MJ tracks in its entirety? The BIG and NY rapper stuff I can understand being from the south myself cause I know plenty of folks that just don't mess with the sound or just have a weird bias against northern/east coast rap BUT THIS is crazy crazy

It’s very real bro lol I’ve heard a few songs off the strength of movies and my dad but that’s it. I don’t think I’ve ever typed Michael Jackson in my iTunes or KZbin bro lol music is timeless tho! I’m right on time lol

@@DexTVReacts Right but you still heard them... Now whether you looked them up or searched them out on your own, intentionally listened or whatever the case may be is a whole different thing but first time ever listening or hearing a whole MJ song... that's tough. MJ for a lot of people was so much more than just an amazing artist. He was one of if not the first universally accepted black artist. White, Black, Asian, Indian, Latin, etc everyone loved MJ! So for a lot of black people he was their American dream.
@SarahMcCormick95Ай бұрын
Can't wait to see some more MJ! He's the GOAT. Depending on how much you want to react to him i'd just look up the track list for each album and go through them in order starting with Off The Wall. Definitely make sure to watch all his videos because they're spectacular and a major part of his career. (I also recommend Wembley 1988 if you want a full concert to react to.) As to his hair he originally had an afro during the days with his brothers in the band The Jackson 5 he then cut it short (here) and then during thriller had a Jheri Curl. In 1984 there was an accident whilst filming a Pepsi Commercial were his head caught fire causing significant burns to the back of his head (leading to a dependance on painskillers and sedatives which ultimately killed him in 2009) he started wearing a hairpiece to cover the hair that never grew back which then in turn lead to him eventually wearing a wig from about 1995 onwards (the straight one being the most recognisable in the 2000s). He also had Vitiligo & Lupus which is why his skin changed pigment and it all contributed to the controversy of his changing appearance in the media.

Basically, your dad grew up as a child himself when Michael Jackson was a child singer. Your dad was also mourning a part of his childhood. Michael Jackson has been singing since age 5. Check out Jackson 5 when he was singing with his brothers. MJ was murdered he was wealthy and powerful. Enjoy his music, and Stevie Wonder, another great singer as a child prodigy, transitions to an adult singer. He is the last of musical royalty

MJ’s story starts with the Jackson 5…… I hope you have heard of The Jackson 5 before……. There were six Jackson brothers, but the youngest brother was to young to be in the group when the group first started but he would fill in much later years of the Jackson 5. The Jackson family consisted of 6 boys and 3 girls. You will learn their names when you start to research.
