Love this cover by queen Morissette. 2 years ago i was bedridden due to a bad fall on a makeshift ladder. I hurt my back and is in pain and it was impossible for me to rise up from my dead. I was so blessed when i chance upon this particular song by the queen. Her voice gave a positive burst of energy to my entire being and listened to her everytime possible til the day came when i was able to rehabilitate my back through exercises learned via famous Otho surgeon @ KZbin. I was targetting that i would ruse up in a weeks time I was abke to get uo from my bed in 10 days. I will forever be grateful to queen Morissette💗💗💗

Life is so tough, but still a challenge, irregardless whatever you have been through UP or DOWN is doesn't matter, Times will heal your pain. Listen a soulful music will make you feel positive and getting better! Especially, when you got a chance to hear once a generation gifted talent to perform such an soulful song "RISE UP" This lady, Morissette's is definitely a good choice of yours! She's is QUEEN of vocal, QUEEN of goosebumps.

This song made me sad. I know the feeling of wanting to move mountains to help someone, but you could move the earth back in time and it still wouldn't help. It's a lose you have to know. YOU can't change a person, with love, with strenght with anything if that person don't want to change. And it hurts. The feeling of giving everything, but it's still not enough. I am a vet, a blacksmith by trade and I am crying now having to write these words. Song and poetry can be beautifull, but they aren't iinherent truths. And I think that the most painfull thing to ever realize. There truely are no words. No words to express actuall pain. No words to explain what pain is, what it is. There are no word powerfull enough to convey actual pain. I hope someone finds this and know they are not alone with that feeling. And whatever little I have left of me, I will love you and tell you I know the pain and that you are not alone in this world. It hurts. But It can get better.

She's an amazing artist. The world needs to hear her because she's one of the best in the world. What's her vocal arsenal power: the tone, vocal squeak, growl, whistle tone, dynamics, belting techniques, and so much more. She can cross any genre from rock, soft rock, jazz, Broadway, pop, R&B, blues, etc. Her open throat technique is rare among artists and she has that...the emotion that she puts into the song is immense.

I love your reaction! Yes, Morissette has an awesome talent, like watching an olympian nail a huge ski jump. You can hear not only her careful preparation and training, but also her passion for the text and music, and her natural instincts for how to communicate it.

If you are looking for an original Morissette love song, try "You and I" at kzbin.info/www/bejne/oYHYaZpvaKqohMU If you want a Mori "power song" of love falling apart, listen to her incredible and emotional "Gusto Ko Nang Bumitaw" (I want to Let Go). She sings that song sitting down with her legs crossed like she is at some party sipping tea. That's crazy. kzbin.info/www/bejne/maHcpayhic2DmrM Also, there is her masterpiece "Could You be Messiah," a woman in pain searching for help and salvation. But play the Official Version at kzbin.info/www/bejne/nZmsaXuCfMR9q68 Too many people play the unofficial version.

Bit late to the party on your reaction to this, though i have been watching Morrisettes videos for a few years now. Your reaction to her voice made me smile deep down as i lnow that feeling. This song is my song to my wife. (Not our song) a brief history. " i was concieved on the day she was born, ( my dad was military and had one days leave so we can pinpoint) we used to go to the same club twice a week for years and never met, one or both of us were in relationships, one week we both became single and on the Friday night met by accident. We married within 4 months of meeting. My wife has struggled with clinical depression since she was a teenager. Each time she goes into herself i rise up and am the strenght for the 2 of us to bring her through. And i do it a thousand times and a thousand times more, i would move mountains for her and this week as mention last time i commented on one of you videos she's come through again and her eyes sparkled again. Once again my job is done. Call it coincidence, fate, or whatever, i do believe i was put on this planet to take care of her and bring her though the dark times. Now i lower my self down into my inner self. I gather my thoughts and my strength. I will ground myself and recharge. For although this battle we won, i know the war for her can never be truly won. So i will have to once again rise up and be her rock and guiding light. But if each day we fight on, we cannot lose. 💕

I found your channel a few days ago. I was listening to Linkin Park, but had just been listening to several songs by Disturbed. In the list of recommended video, I saw "Suicide survivor reacts" and the song was Inside the Fire by Disturbed. I was scared to watch, because I know how hard that video hit me. But i clicked, and I watched. Then I looked up more of your channel, picking a semi-random selection of your videos, mostly aiming for reactions, and mostly aiming for music I was familiar with. Over the next few days, I watched several videos about bands and songs I didn't know, and found some new music to listen to, as well as seeing your reactions to many songs I love. I'm in awe of you, and I feel inspired to keep moving forward with my own battles. Thank you. As for what those battles have been, I lived for years with undiagnosed psychosis, and even when I was able to explain myself well enough to get help, aspects of my experience were contradictory to the conventional diagnosis, so I was treated for "presumed psychotic experiences" rather than getting a definite label put on my condition. I also suffer from migraines, and have found that the misinformation and stigma *there* is in some circles worse than it is for mental health. The amount of people who will dismiss you as "that's just a bad headache though" is amazing. Even people working with services that provide support for patients with chronic conditions sometimes think that until they meet someone like me. I've had to hand over paperwork from a hospital visit where they used enough morphine to kill 3 healthy adults with some left over and I was still screaming until my voice stopped, then continued trying to scream until they sedated me into a 12 hour coma. That isn't the worst part of that story, but it helps to provide context for how bad migraines can get for some of us. I spent several years on antipsychotics, before being slowly taken off them and, fortunately, have remained stable for a good amount of time without needing further treatment (whether that be medication or therapy). My migraines have me taking preventative medication in order to only have one or two a month, and even though these meds reduce the severity of the pain, I have to take prescription painkillers that sometimes still aren't enough to get me back on my feet without a couple of days of rest before I can function properly again. In part because of the situation, I've ended up running my own business, so now I don't have to worry about my boss firing me if I get sick too often.
@MentalAmanda2 жыл бұрын
I love that you took control of your situation by starting your own business. I did the same. I quit my day job and started a dog boarding business and have sustained myself for nearly a decade now AND am the highest rated dog sitter in the Phoenix area!
