Filipino culture is that they sing at early age without professional training from vocal coaches. Majority can sing and the best will become artists. Mori trained herself in all genres including broadways, classical but her comfort zones are Power ballad, RnB, Pop. She is called the genre killer in several languages and with lots of technical skills like Controlled Whistles and Intentional vocal breaks. 😍

I don't believe you get the full Morissette experience until hearing her sing in Tagalog. For this try "Akin Ka Na Lang" or her latest "Gusto Ko Nang Bumitaw". Mori is not classically trained,. She was 3 years old when her family discovered her talent in singing. When she was left alone with a karaoke machine, she sang the Regine Velasquez song, "You Are My Song". As she grew up, she sang Jessa Zaragoza songs like "Paano Kaya". With a little coaching by her father who was a musician, but mostly just like most filipinos its a Karaoke culture and mostly self taught. A comment on your suggestions of a little bit more of this and that in her never enough version.
