In 1993 she released her first album & the rest, as they say, is history. Some of her hits are "Man! Oh man...her real love life is like a soap opera. She was married for 17 years to a VERY famous record producer named Mutt Lange (worked w/ the likes of AC/DC, Def Leppard, Brittney Spears, Lady Gaga, Billy Ocean, Celine Dion, etc). He had an affair with her *married* best friend. Shania & Mutt divorced & he got with her best friend (who divorced her husband). Then in their grief/divorce proceedings Shania & the best friend's ex got together & now they're married. So her & her best friend basically swapped husbands (and they're not friends anymore obv).
