Sleep Token is technically a solo act in the studio, the singer, Vessel, plays everything but drums, and he also helped produce this album. Live Vessel and the drummer, II, are joined by bassist III and guitarist IV, alongside a choir consisting of four women, sometimes called the vesselettes

They have three studio albums (previous two eps not included) so the current theme in the albums is a very complicated relationship,kinda trilogy,some clues in the lyrics based in the previous albums maybe can tell that this last album is the end of this cycle,so in some songs you can find lyrics from previous album, or lyrics from previous songs in the same album,and also from they previous music project at their musical beginning,there is a hole lore about it

The easter eggs are basically callbacks to their previous songs, so if you wanna catch them you got to start from the first album and work you way to the new one (3 albums), and you probably have to listen to each album several times to lock those melodies in to memory. So a big commitment, but the payoff is great ngl.

Welcome to the sleep token rabbit hole. Leave your genre prejudices behind and enjoy. The lyrics be deep, may Vessel (the lead singer and song writer) heal us of our wounded spirits. The deeper you go the better they get in my opinion. I would suggest doing a full listen through Take Me Back To Eden and then going to Sundowning. The reason being is that, as you said, they have Easter eggs in their songs. You will find that there are many parallels between the albums lyrically, sonically, and structurally. There is much to be benifited from and they are just getting started!

Yes every instrument except the drums. And this is the only other drummer I can think of that plays polyrythym like Danny Carry from Tool.
