The OG line-up (Keisha, Mutya and Siobhan) were the best in my opinion, but the second line-up (Keisha, Mutya and Heidi - the blonde girl in Push The Button) were also stupendous. There was a hell of a lot of drama (I blame the label and their management team) and the quality of the music started to dip with the third line-up (Keisha, Heidi and Amelle). The line-up changed *again* (this time to Heidi, Amelle and Jade) before disbanding and then reforming in 2012 with the original line-up. That said though - Mutya had some brilliant solo stuff (her Groove Armada collaboration "Song 4 Mutya" is one of my all-time favourites). Well worth the listen! (Forgot to mention: the original line-up were insanely young when their first single was released - Overload, in 2000. Keisha and Siobhan were both sixteen, whilst Mutya was only fifteen. Insane!)

No the 3rd lineup was still great (Heidi, Keisha and Amelle) was solid. It truly went to the gutters when it was the 4th lineup of Jade, Amelle and Heidi. ALL their albums from 2000 to 2008 were solid AF

They had a lot of hits that were played often in the radios here in Europe, but this group was just a simple product of their record label, because the band members were replaced all the time. At the end of their career (around 2010) the groups line up was totally different and no original member was still a part of the band. A few years later in 2012 there was a reformation of the original line up (which only existed on the groups debut album from the year 2000), but they haven't released a new album since then.

Along with Girls Aloud, Sugababes are one of my all time favourite girl groups. There were different incarnations of the group over the years, with varying line up changes which sadly made them a bit of a joke towards the end, but Sugababes 1.0 and 2.0 were the best line ups by far (in my opinion) and 2.0 was the line up with the biggest hits.. Sugabababes 1.0.. the original line up of Mutya Buena, Keisha Buchanan and Siobhan Donaghy are back together again and have been doing lots of successful concerts over the past year. I hope they'll release some new music soon as they are brilliant together and have such great harmonies. Some of the songs I think you should check out are: Freak Like Me, Stronger, Round Round, Hole In The Head, Flatline, No Regrets (live acoustic "Reload" version, Sugababes 1.0. when they were going by the name Mutya, Keisha, Siobhan or MKS. They had to win the rights to the name Sugababes back, which took them several years and stalled their career)), Caught In A Moment (another live acoustic Reload version of the reformed original babes!), Too Lost In You, About You Now, Run For Cover, In The Middle and Denial.

Heidi Range (blonde in the red top) had the ability to make me lose focus on the music at times back when they had a breakthrough, Keisha Buchanan (the darkest senorita) for some reason i expected to come out rapping (She had that Lisa Left Eye Lopes cuteness over her (TLC),but surprised me with singing herself. Mutya Buena did the same,so i quickly vibed with most of theyr songs. My 2 favourite songs by them is Freak Like Me. And if you really want to hear theyr vocals even clearer then in Push The Button: Sugababes - Stronger. There has been a total of 6 members in Sugababes,but theese 3 are the "most known" for the public eye. A fun suggestion as to why Heidi made me lose focus on the actual music,i can also throw in there: Sugababes - Shape. if im not mistacen,its Sugababes only cover (well as i remember anyway) Are you familiar with Sting and his Shape Of My Heart? If not,maybe you should have a listen to Stings song first. To fully get the easter egg in Sugababes cover. No spoilers lol. But yeah,you have never seen a more stunning lady in a music video then Heidi,her attire is quite unique. In respect to the other remaining members ill add them in as well (gorgeous ladies all of them): Amelle Berrabah,Jade Ewen and Siobhán Donaghy. I consider them all a part of Sugababes as they had abit of a Take That thing going on,and then later on in life they reunited as a six piece band. And believe it or not,but all 6 ladies sounds amazing! A few might sound really similar to one another,but if you have listened to them enough,you can easily separate theyr voices. Should be content on YT where all 6 ladies sings on the same songs👍

Dang, you're really hitting it out of the park with these amazing song and group choices this week. The Sugababes were absolutely massive when I was in primary school (showing my age here!), and they were probably the first-ever music act that I loved, way before I got into my boy bands. I'll finally be able to see them live next year and I can't wait. Once you get over their slightly ... complicated history, their discography is a treasure trove of amazing pop songs. The down fall of the group was the constant in- fighting and line up changes. Siobhan, Keisha and Mutya were original line up. This was the 2nd line up of Heidi, Keisha and Mutya. Next it was Heida, Keisha and Amelle. Finally it was Heidi, Amelle and Jade. You should check out songs from each of the line ups. They had great songs. In recent years the original line up reformed, they originally came back as MKS then after a battle they got the Sugababes name back.

I loved their first album but, my fave line up is this one. ❤️❤️ Keisha, Mutya and Heidi. ❤️❤️. Freak like me has an amazing video as well as being a cracking tune. It was the first single when Heidi joined the band and it's about them bringing her into the gang in a brilliant way! Please check it out, you won't regret it. It has to be the uncut version, it features someone who went on to become a well known actor. Also, nearly forgot Mutya did a song with Groove Armada called Song 4 Mutya it's a banger. ❤️❤️
