I was 17 and a senior in high school. It was crazy cause even if you only listened to hip hop esp Snoop Dog back in 94 you still had every Nirvana CD cause they were Generation X
@dipsydoodle79884 жыл бұрын
The Unplugged series is specifically supposed to be more mellow. A stripped down version of their songs. This however, is not a Nirvana song, it's a cover of a David Bowie song. If you are looking for bangers on Unplugged you should probably check out State of Love and Trust or Porch by Pearl Jam on their Unplugged. I agree that Lake of Fire on the Nirvana series is a bit more upbeat, but keep in mind these will all be acoustic versions of the original songs.

its funny you say that the instruments play different things (notes) at the same time and ''how its possible?'', because this is the definition of the expression: 'Doing Music'...it is very normal, unussual is a music without that...imagine now a symphony orchestra. thanks for the reaction. i recomend: ''beethoven harp quartet poco adagio allegro'' (try it, serious, i think u will like)

I think it's cool to see you explore different genres of music. But to understand this song, I think there needs some context, like it's original version by David Bowie, combined with how Nirvana was seen at the time of the Unplugged recording.

Check this out homie: First- like your channell.. So- It's a live Acoustic style concert, the entire show.. hense "unplugged" ..yes they're using amps & mics but it's necessary for the audience, & was a old MTV series from 90s. All bands that did it did shorter versions if possible. This is also a COVER SONG.. I believe its a david bowie tune. but yes, you're correct that this show was formatted for short versions & not tons of instrumentals.. but nirvana's songs mostly dont have much solos. Kurt was a good songwriter. Not a great guitarist though. I was a Huge nirvana fan, could play & sing all songs on all albums at 12-13yrs old. // try Nirvana - "On a Plain" & "Dumb". Great songs many more but I wont throw them at you. 90s music is my shit, that's what I grew up on til highschool discovering classic rock. I'll also give you RATM (rage) - "Sleep now in the fire" & "Calm Like a Bomb" then All of 'Evil Empire', lol....get the videos with lyrics or you wont catch half of the Sick lyrics. You've heard Calm like a bomb at the end of the matrix. Great song. Pick That if any. Take it easy brother. Peace.
