Kevin "Noodles" Wasserman is the guitarist, he was their school janitor and allegedly was mostly brought in because he was the only one old enough to buy booze, he came from the band Clowns of Death and joined when The Offspring was still called Manic Subsidal

This was released my jr or Sr year of high school so it was 1994-95 , not sure which but definitely one of the two. Love the reaction and The Offspring have a bunch of great music!

@@supern00b25 The lead singer has said in past interviews that he wrote the song based on a conversation with a female friend of his that was in a toxic relationship like the one described in the song. The point of the song is that the people calling person in the song a loser that should dump the girlfriend are probably the same guys that are doing that to their girlfriends

@@Gmenpg Yes, it is. It would sound strange especially in the late 90s early 2000's if he said I wrote "him" off. It's a role reversal song so the pronouns are change to drive home the point. If it was sung by a woman it would have a different meaning and tone.
