A huge amount of AMK's best songs are in German and are amazing. Even thought I can't understand what they're saying I'm hooked. You guys gotta check out their other songs. They've got videos back over ten years ago

that whole session was like an MTV unplugged for amk. a few of collabs are knocking about on yt. they pair with many different singers and bands and cover very different styles...I think the secret is that they make it their own and then some.... the interesting thing with Henning's voice here is that he gives Nathalie the stage (apart from his mike not being on to start with).. he does that a few times with other singers, why he seems to mesh always really well.. I find that adorable (there is cover he does with Amilli kzbin.info/www/bejne/faDOnJeIirZmitU where there is one line where he lets rip and you realise 😄)

For me the most impressive thing is ... just look at them on how they're having fun ... this is music how it is suppose to be... it is how art is made. Fact is that Valerie's voice is crushing and overwellming Henning's , but ... the song wouldn't be the same, when any of them would be miising. And one thing - let us not forget the whole band. That trumpet which enters around 4:50 minutes ... simple but crushing too.. for me - a work of art in its entirety. Thanks for the video and commentary. Good job my Friends :)

The woman's name is Nathalie not Valerie. Valerie is the name of the song. And the instrument is a flugelhorn, it has a softer sound than a trumpet because it has a conical tube whereas the tube of a trumpet has the same diameter throughout the whole instrument (except for the end of course) :)

I have to make a conscious decision to pause in order to make sure that our videos stay within fair use and not copyright infringement. We had an AMK video blocked by not pausing. It was the pocahontas video 😔 so I do agree it sucks but it's necessary for us to even get our videos seen on KZbin.
