I think that your problem in saying Diana's last name is that you are trying to put an emphasis on all three of the last syllables. (Also, the "o" in her name is pronounced more like the "o" in novel.) Be sure to de-emphasize those last two syllables: Ahn-koo-DEEN-ah-vah. In both her first and last names, the Russian "i" is pronounced like the English "ee."

If you, or any of your subscribers didn’t know, Diana Ankudinova was only 15 years old at the time of her performance of Wicked Game. This vocal competition was called “You Are Super” and took place on May 12, 2019. The 2019 season of "You Are Super" was called the Super-Season and was to consist mostly of winners and finalists from previous seasons. As the 2018 winner, Diana Ankudinova was invited back, and she also won that 2019 Super-Season. During this performance some reactors were saying they wondered if Diana Ankudinova was using Auto-Tune during this performance, or some other kind of electronic or mechanical vocal Manipulation. The general consensus of many other reactors, recording sound engineers, and actual vocal professionals, said no. NO auto-tune was added, nor any other form of electronic voice manipulation. What many may not know is this, Diana Ankudinova has learned, mastered, and uses a vocal technique known as polyphonic singing which is a testament to the time and dedication Diana has put into her career at such a young age. This is also an unusual and extraordinary accomplishment for someone this young. A singer that has mastered the polyphonic singing technique can create an additional tone which adds to the harmonic overtones that can be an octave above or an octave and a half above and it makes it sound like more than one voice singing. This causes many individuals to mistakenly believe she is using Auto-Tune or some other form of electronic voice manipulation, or pitch correction software when she is not. This performance was her second appearance on the talent show called “You Are Super”, here first appearance was in 2018. The 2019 season ended with Diana Ankudinova winning the “You Are Super” competition. As an aside, in 2017 when she was 13 years old, Diana’s vocal range was first measured and was measured from a low of D3 (lower alto range) to a high of A5 (upper alto range), which was unusually low for a 13 year old girl. Diana did not have her vocal range measured again until she was 18 years old on September 25, 2021. At 14 years old, In 2018, when she first appeared in the “You Are Super” vocal competition and performed a Russian folk song called “Rechenka” in her native Russian language. It was during this 2018 performance of Rechenka that many voice professionals started paying close attention to Diana Ankudinova because she was displaying such a low, rich, deep, resonant sound. The tone and timbre of her voice was way beyond her years in maturity. Many true vocal professionals were saying Diana Ankudinova was displaying all the hallmarks of becoming a true contralto voice type, plus her musicality and stage presence was well beyond the ability of the vast majority of 14 year old girls. From the beginning of Diana's Rechenka performance, watch her face, and you can see in her body movements as she submerges herself into this character. It was no surprise when Diana was declared the 2018 “You Are Super” winner, but no one was prepared for the following year in 2019 for the sound she exhibited during her performance of Wicked Game that won her the 2019 “You Are Super” competition! There are other performances of Diana performing in vocal competitions, and in concerts. She also recorded some videos done in her home studio during the COVID pandemic lock down that are stripped down, without the major flash, fashion, or production value of her competitions or concerts. Diana rhymes with Rhianna. Where many go wrong with her surname is not understanding that the final vowel is dropped and the emphasis is on the second syllable: ankoo-DEEn-ava. I have no Russian language skills but as I understand it, her name is pronounced Dee-Anna An-koo-DEE--nova the stress in her surname is on the DEE which is pronounced the same way as the first syllable of her first name.
