Hello! Sean here, so for example: you are keen in this unit and wanna find out if the walls are hackable (maybe u wanna combine 2 rooms into 1). Some floorplan on property listings pages might not be accurate (they didnt indicate black walls or white walls), so you can purchase the OFFICIAL floorplan from HDB website to actually see if the walls can be hack away or not, cause not all walls can be hacked away. This is just an additional steps if you really love the unit and wanna do some renovation to it.
