I can see you're so happy being in South Africa! People are so sweet there and they also watch your videos and respect you that you bring a good name for the Africans! I met a South African couple when I was admitted in the hospital in Australia for cancer, and they gave me $50 cash after chatting with me! I said no, I can't accept this as I have enough money.. and thanked them. They were kind people. I've also met some other south africans here in Australia and they've been kind.

Well, the story is much more complex than that about Nelson Mandela and Oliver Tambo. He never saw himself as the true president of the ANC, he saw his role as caretaker president. Mandela and Sisulu were banned and arrested. Oliver was moved to London before he could be banned and arrested and became Deputy President of the ANC. In fact he used to say to his wife whenever there was some old interview of Mandela on television, "This is the future president of South Africa, and this was in the 60s and 70s. In fact, Adelaide Tambo told a great story about how on Christmas they would leave an open chair at the table for Nelson Mandela, the president of the ANC. I doubt the ANC would have survived without the work Oliver Tambo did when he was in exile. It was through the sheer work, will and his diplomacy that the party survived for as long as it did while banned in SA.
