Definitely, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese cuisines are a well-balanced diet that consists of protein, fibres, and carbohydrates. Mauritius, Malaysia, and Singapore have real melting pot cuisines and culture. If different customs, cultures, and religions could co-exist, why do we still chase wars instead of harmony, I wonder.

@canadianeskimogirl oh I'm going, Lord willing. I was going to hike the Appalachian Trail in 2025, but I almost died on June 20th. I'm recovering too slowly to get my training going. So, I'm swapping my 2026 trips to 2025 and hiking in 2026. I see you're from or in Canada... my first girlfriend was an Alaskan Eskimo girl when I was 12. I took photos of a snow-covered Alaska in April 2007 as I flying to China... I've traveled all over Canada and have watched hundreds of movies and KZbin videos about Alaska, more where i wish to travel. It's my dream to visit for a whole summer, hunting, fishing, and camping. I have an Alaskan Indian friend from central-western Alaska. He's in his late 70's now. He came to visit me in 2007 for a month. One day I want to visit him before he passes. Maybe it's a trip for 2027? I am actually planning a fross-canada rail trip from west to east. As far as the crawls can take me, with side trips.
