The man's a teaser; Michael Jackson is squeaky (voice) and one dimensional...The King is every genre, Rock and Roll, Rhythm and Blues, Country and Gospel and everything else that you could think of; and he sings it better than everyone else 👏
@chaTzon2 жыл бұрын
Why bad talk the king of pop? Thats not necessary, as he also inspired and helped Generations and wrote and executed Songs masterfully.

The fact that Michael Jackson was great doesn't diminish Elvis at all and vice versa.

@chaTzon No "bad talk" just FACTS; I was a big MJ fan, up until his Off the Wall album when his voice was masculine...End of story!

@patcuvie Never should be in the same conversation; one was, is and forever will be the icon who changed a CULTURE. He taught us how to sing, he taught us how to speak, he taught us how to dance (nothing choreographed), he taught us how to dress (he never followed trends, he started trends) and he broke down barriers (45 years later the entire world is with what he has accomplished in such a short time! The other one was a showman (at best); same thing (choreographed dancing) over and over again...I was a fan in the days earlier days (up until his Off the Wall album), although not taking anything away from his older stuff; however, it was life everyone else (progression)...Elvis had already set the bar (10 levels above everyone else) so high so there should be NO comparison 😀 👍

MJ was inspired by Elvis and imitated most of Elvis dance moves, performance styles and clothing. I.e black loafers & white socks, dancing on his toes (see Hound Dog Milton Burle show) Black leather outfit (Elvis here MJ Bad album cover). Moving one Body part & Pausing for the audience, etc. Elvis set the standard for others to draw from. MJ added his touch to the things he emulated. Elvis is the King of Music. MJ is the King of Pop. Love Them Both
@rhondagalloway6676 Жыл бұрын
Also MJ wore band aids on several fingers, Elvis wore them to keep his rings on, needless to say, Elvis was MJs Father in law, long live the pair of them ,true and faithful servants. You caught the loafers, EP and MJ loved them. 🌹🙏🌹🔥

I knew you'd love that one. Believe it or not, Elvis never understood why the women screamed and, at the beginning of his career, was worried that they wouldn't realize he could actually sing because they couldn't hear him. On the other hand, he really enjoyed doing things that brought out the screams. Flirting was definitely his specialty.

I was actually a little surprised at how smooth and tame E was in this satellite show when I first seen it on TV, because he usually breaks out in karate moves, and sometimes would go completely nuts in some performances. Some of his rehearsals I think we awesome and gave a truer flavor and tone. I think the production department wanted the "polished" version of Elvis in this show seeing how so many people were watching.

How Great Thou Art will bring you through the gates of this man’s gospel to all the world! Inducted into The Hall Of Fame for rock, country, and gospel. Only artist to do all three. Another. Where Could I Go But To The Lord. He grew up in small Southern Baptist churches and sang gospel where he developed his chops.

Hey Brandy sweetheart, I'm really enjoying your Elvis reactions, it's very easy to understand how you just fall in love with Elvis, he had it all , and we love it,, there is no one to compare him with, ELVIS has been gone 45 years and he is still breaking records, seeing him 3 times in concert were indescribable, I was only 11 years old the first time in Knoxville Tennessee, and I will remember that day forever in my heart and soul, I know what I was wearing, the hour drive seemed forever to get there from my small town, but when he came out on stage, he blew my mind, that is and will always be the greatest day of my life, I saw him 2 more times in concert in Atlanta Georgia, also beautiful but something about the first time in 1972 us etched in my heart forever, I really appreciate you going down this Elvis journey and I'm not sure all songs you have reacted to, but have you reacted to Elvis singing Walk a mile in my shoes, or a Gospel song, How Great Thou Art, the man did it all and he did it the best, his voice is so powerful and he's the Greatest showman the world has ever seen, he knew exactly what the fans wanted and he aimed to please them,, making others happy is what gave ELVIS the greatest joy in life, he is a Man Among MEn,who will live on Forever and thanks for the younger generation, Elvis will never be forgotten. Thanks for the great reaction to ELVIS. TCB 1935🤺🤺🤺⚡⚡⚡⚡👑👑👑👑👃👃👃👃

I'm not sure I'd ever seen this particular performance before and man he was cracking me up. He is so damn funny. But he really did do it justice. I mean Nina Simone did a fantastic version I think it was her? I know I've seen it done before and you describe it so perfectly, Pink Panther Slinky jazz or something like that. I love to see the smile on your face when you're enjoying something that happens so long ago. And I would have just been a very little kid on this performance happened. It's still amazes me that he can affect people so much to this day. And the older I get and the more of this live KZbin footage I see of him, the more I love him.

I’m an extreme Elvis fan but I also have mad respect for Michael as a performer. Check out the video where James Brown called MJ and Prince up on stage. It shows that Michael could still sing as soulful as he did with the J-5. I’ve never understood why some people think they have to criticize one person in order to elevate another. Elvis certainly didn’t need that. His talent speaks for itself.

Can't help myself. I have a request that's not a live performance. It's a relax, close your eyes, and listen song: Elvis Presley - Are You Lonesome Tonight? (Official Audio) (3:08). Enjoy!

Not in Elvis' league; squeaky voice, one genre and choreographed (everyone else in his group doing the same thing) moves hours and hours and hou! However; you're entitled to your opinion (FREE speech) but look at who people (who weren't even born at the time of the King's death) are reacting to...Not to mention 🤔Elvis has been gone for 45 years this week!
