This was Elvis's return to show business after the army, it's great how he kept changing all the time, all his styles through the years seems to be different all the time. Even 1970-72. He looked and sounded completely different.

Lordy have mercy he was so fine....no man has ever had so much sex appeal, voice, charisma, and absolutely stunning to look at, and his smile would melt ice. Oh lordy.... is it getting hot in here or is it just me. Exxuse me while i drool. 🤣😛🥰

Elvis' dance moves and self awareness and vibing going on that stage right there in 1956 was ALL NEW. Teens and young 20 somethings didnt go to dance clubs like there were in more recent years so young people were looking at this.. black, white, latino and they didnt know WHY they liked it they just did. So many entertainers took notes from Elvis. Jackie Wilson, The Beatles, The Stones, James Brown, Jackson 5, Freddie Mercury, Michael Jackson but noone ever matched the total package that Elvis had. Elvis literally bled Stage Presence. It was just in him. He was born to Rock and thats what he did. Noone looked or sounded anything like him.

Also on this same show he sang with Sinatra in a short duet, then Elvis sang his hit, " Fame and Fortune". NAncy Sinatra was in the clip "Who are You" years later she told how much she had a crush on Elvis when she met him at his Army release in 1960. That was the Post Army interview when she gave him a gift from Frank and welcomed him back home. Later in that interview, they ask if he an Nancy were an item, Elvis said no I just met her at Fort Dix, which was true. Be Blessed

Holy Cannoli! You know who Frankie Lymon is? Heeeyyyy! Yes, Miss BrandyBerry, yes! Okay, I love me some Elvis. Voice and looks like no other. His smile, his playfulness on the stage, heck even his laugh was/ is charming. Dreamy, absolutely 😍 But I also appreciate & love other artists from every era/ generation. But the older I get, the more I love the music of my grandparents had parents generation. Just asking: Did you know they made a Frankie Lymon Biopic? I remember watching it as a teenager on tv. Pretty good, in my opinion. I second someone's suggestion for you to react to "Fame And Fortune" from this same show. His voice is as smooth as melted butter, I'll you what 😊 Thank you so much for another lovely reaction 👏👏🙌🙌🌹🌹 I like to think we all understand you got a #1 priority that takes precedence 💖 Peace & blessings to you & yours 💕

Love your reaction. For me as a Black kid growing up in Harlem NY you can imagine my friends being puzzled why I was such a fan of this dude who'd been dead for many years. But i thought as a heterosexual man this dude had amazing charisma. Eddie Murphy who was a big fan too says the same thing. There are 4 men in history who I thought had unmatched charisma. Elvis, Muhammad Ali, Bruce Lee and yes Michael Jackson.

Eddie Murphy actually said (on youtube) before he made a very good imitation of El, "Elvis was a bad m*****f****r in the 50s" Yea, he really dug El...of the golden era aka the nifty 50s. From 1960ish it was downhill. Man are you kidding me? There are many more people with great or unmatched charisma then these four. Mention some: Sam Cooke, Jerry Lee Lewis or actors like Jack Nicholson, Dentzel Washington or Marlon Brando (esp when he was young and at top of the game. Probably THE BEST actor of the 20th century) to mention a few.
