4:10 Prince "crashed" Lenny's shows several times. He would show up unannounced and make himself known backstage during one of his breaks and then strap on a guitar to play this or another encore song with him. There's probably a KZbin video somewhere, but I haven't looked.

Loved when they were on stage together. Unbelievable looks, talent and attitude. Haha. Lenny also harkens the flavor of early early black rock star legend Jimi Hendrix. 💗💗💗

I met the drummer , Cindy Blackman Santana , at a drum clinic she did at Sam Ash Music. Talking with her afterwards she said since , like Prince , Lenny writes all the parts for his songs. When playing them live he likes to keep the songs very close to the recorded versions so this is close to the studio recording. When he first started he was more acoustic based. With each album he got a little more electric & a little heavier. Check out his song Let Love Rule. Oh yeah and he was married to Lisa Bonet who had his daughter Zoe.

Lenny is one of my favs....forever. I took my son, who was 9 at the time and youngest person in the 3000 person venue in Houston to see Lenny. Maybe a bad dad moment, but I'd do it again!!!. We were on the guard rail, front and center. So loud, so fun....I picked my son up and Lenny saw him. Lenny jumped off the stage and hugged and spoke to Brian. Made my dad and obviously his, too! Brian still talks about that night and is a Lenny fan to this day...

There is a KZbin clip of when Lenny was in his hotel & heard a group playing his music. He went and explored & here it was a church youth group, he went up & joined in on the drums… they finally talked him into singing instead of their singer. It was really cool cause he didn’t want to upstage the kids… great clip

Lenny is so multi talented and great to listen to. Britt I mentioned it once long ago about checking out a super up and coming multi talented youngster by the name if Nandi Bushell a 13 year old prodigy on the drums as well as many other instruments. A couple of years ago Lenny gave Nandi a set of crazy awesome drums and invited her to play at the O2 Arena and she (Nandi rocked it) Nandi has played with the Foo Fighters, Chili Peppers drummer,, Quenn guitarist. Even if you decide not to do reaction I promise you that learning about Nandi will be worth your time. Thanks for your time Britt. I started watching you because I have been an Angelina Jordan fan for years since she was little and I can honestly say I watch a fair bit of your reactions. Your recent Who's line has cracked me up and has been a real blast from the past.
