Olimpico Every stone Every stone and every flower Our Earth was created for love We are its children Poets and heroes The life is born and goes and will be forever. You are strong, you know! Be brave! You are strong, you know! You are more powerful than your problems. As fast as a noble heart Catch up with it, embrace it Go! Do not stop in the middle of your path. Brotherhood and Liberty. This world really needs you. Go! Be yourself and be ourselves. You can everything if you want it. Always forward, ever forward, as long as you can! You can! The world turns, although sometimes it makes you cry. Only the love is the answer to the question “Why?”. Your mind is your spirit It will stay with you. You can! You can! You are strong, you know! Be brave! You are strong, you know! You are more powerful than your problems. As fast as a noble heart Catch up with it, embrace it Go! Do not stop in the middle of your path. The song Olympico (which became known as Ogni Pietra) was composed by maestro Igor Krutoy, with Italian lyrics by Russian poet Lilia Vinogradova and arrangements by Erlan Bekchurin. It was composed specifically for Dimash for the 2019 European Olympic Games. With this song Dimash won, on December 5, 2019, the Victoria award (Russian equivalent of the Grammy) for best singer of the year, in the classical genre ("Best Vocalist in Classical Music").

This was performed at the World Games also known as the European Olympics. Igor wrote the song for Dimash to perform. The song is telling the athlete participant's to push forward, be strong, never give up, complete what you came to do. It can also be applied to life. Dimash does not take kindly to being called a god. He is Muslim and his belief is that Allah is God, The Almighty, The Creator and Allah rules. He believes he was called to be where he is and that it is his responsibility to be the very best in his calling. As a Hebrew, I believe the same thing but my God is Yehovah.

This song was written and performed for the European Olympics, and is meant to motivate and inspire the athletes. This performance is from the opening ceremonies. Dimash is not arrogant, or concieted, quite the opposite-he is very humble and gracious. Also, he is not feminine-he's just very vocally talented, and can hit mezzo soprano notes with his voice. His vocal range is wider than the notes a piano can produce-that's insane, but true.

The song was basically written as a duet (male and female) by Igor Krutoy for Dimash. Igor is a musical genius and this song showcases Dimash’s ability to flip between registers. The other interesting part of this composition is that , for the first two verses , the choir “responding” to his lyrics is the opposite gender of the tone he’s singing in . To the ears, this is a beautiful musical buffet.

Greetings from California, I like your analysis a lot. You can see why Dimash was offered a place in the most prestigious opera house in Kazakhstan. We are so blessed, that he chose to share his gift with the world. So many of his performances are epic and hold deep meanings. He inspires us and makes us rethink our lives. His emotional intelligents attacks our souls and his music unites us as one. He never becomes complacent, but constantly reinvents himself and improves on perfection, and yet he stays humble and empathic. See you next time😊

@ ATHENA......Dimash, in this part of the song, is singing in the operatic style with lots of vibrato and elongated vowels. I am aware that opera singers don't use mics nor do they sing in huge venues like this concert was. Dimash has never claimed to be an opera singer, he calls his style Neo- classical. And, btw, this was a live performance. Many fans who attended this concert have verified this. No editing other than what normal amplification does.

Hello Mugnify, I've been watching your reactions to Dimash and I'm really appreciating your channel. So you love rap, personally I've never enjoyed rap music, finding it aggressive with lyrical content that I find offensive, sorry. However I've found an artist whose rapping I love, hooray! Dimash is my number one artist in the world and this young man comes in a close second. Please react to Hua Chenyu, he's amazing. Start with this, Nunchucks. @The Warrior Forever Sweet Dear, I understand you. I'm a devoted Dear myself. I want everyone to know of Dimash. I hate the thought of anyone not ever getting the chance to hear him. I think how important it is to me. The thing is, there are actually other phenomenal singers also. Sometimes I really want to hear them. Hua Chenyu has some songs that are beyond beautiful. He is a really, really good person. The lyrics to his songs are deep and very meaningful. Sometimes I play his songs loud because it gets me through a tough time. Some people can relate to Hua Hua in a different way. If I think a reactor will like his music, I think it mean not to share. I'm a Dear through and through. I wish I could also call myself a Martian, but I need more time in my day. I don't think Dimash would expect us to only like his music and exclude all others. And even though I still love ABBA, Roy Kim, Norah Jones, Johnny Hallyday, Lee Moon Sae, Van Morrison, Bread, Eagles, John Denver, Linda Ronstadt, Park Hyo Shin, The Trio... I'm still 100%Dear. Dimash is the music that keeps me up most nights.❤️⚘️

@The Warrior Forever Hi. It is morning here. Thank you for your response. When I first found Dimash I could only listen to him 99% of the time for 2 years. I would be up all night and I couldn't sleep. More than 2 years! Not healthy! ☺️ It still happens sometimes, especially with concerts and new songs. I'm not a Martian, though I love a lot of Hua's music and sometimes I only want his songs. I am a fan. 🌸🌺 I try not to forget all the musicians and songs who brought me happiness. I'm glad you get so much joy from Dimash. The important thing is happiness. I listened to Dimash because I had an open mind, and it changed my life. Have a nice evening in italy. Dimash would never sing a song from a “God’s” perspective. This song was performed at the 2nd European games in Minsk, Belarus. It is meant to be a song of encouragement, but not a deity singing down to lowly humans.

Maybe he wouldn't, we don't know, he is an actor after all. It is true that many, many people get that same vibe. I have heard it expressed often. I don't think it implies he is singing "down" to anyone in a condescending way. I never heard that before in connection to this song. ❤️ It always lifts and inspires.
