Check out what Joe Bonamassa considers HIS seminal performance - what he considers the EPITOME of his career (to date) Playing live at "The Royal Albert Hall" in London! Where Eric Clapton joined him on stage for a song to tip his hat so to speak (and make his night!) Phenomenal concert! Was joined by Beth Hart and their collaborations are phenomenal with him on guitar and her vocals! But also his collaborations with ALL the great blues artists still alive and the new up and coming ones aswell! His performances on the "Keeping the Blues Alive" Blues Cruises which he organises a couple of times a year and which most of the top guitarists groups and performers make an appearance theyre also phenomenal and WELL worth checking out! BIG RABBIT HOLE to go down now!! 😉🎸👌😎🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧

Then we also get blessed with his collaborations with outstanding artists such as Beth Hart ( amazing blues/rock solo career ), Warren Haynes ( amazing vocals/guitarist from Allman Brothers and Gov't Mule ), Eric Clapton ( legendary vocal/guitarist from the 60's and on ). I sure hope you get the chance to react to some of these masterpieces.

The shades are because his eyes are really sensitive to the stage lights. You would probably crack up if you watched a couple of his social media videos, he does not give off rock star vibes one bit. Doesn’t seem to take himself seriously at all. He is a big collector of vintage guitars and amps and I believe that he calls his music studio “Nerdville”. Oh, and he is an absolutely astounding bluesman.

8:10 ...reading him. Maybe because you need to read both JOE and whichever guitar he is playing. I have always felt that, like great duets, especially longtime married couples, FORMER lovers, and of course family (especially siblings in musical families) the two do separate AND simultaneous parts whose combination is much much more than each individually. In Joes case it is like the two merge through each song, have an out of body experience, and the entire audience gets sucked up in their wake. For me, definitely a bucket list experience. Might want to Check the charity collaboration he did with Marc Broussard for his SOS (Save Our Soul) series of albums. Only one I know of covered a 50s Little Milton tune. Marc has a world class band and together they burnt the house down. Marc is another rabbit hole of a little known artist, though beloved in hos Louisiana home, you could spend quite a while shuffling your favorites for I am thinking. If you get done with Joe's in this lifetime anyway. You will likely want to listen to most of his stuff over and over and with folks you think could "appreciate" the experience for what it should be.

Have seen Joe live in small venue concerts twice. Absolutely spectacular memories of a lifetime. PS...You have seen him with Beth Hart in "I'd Rather Go Blind".

Don’t see any Elton John yet on your channel. Seeing what you’ve done I think you would like him allot. Wonderful piano playing, great voice, great lyrics. Tiny Dancer would be a good start. Or Goodbye Yellow Brick Road. A gazillion hits in the 70’s in pop genre.

If you're lovin' this blues by Joe you should also check out the live performances by Gary Moore. Still Got the Blues for You is a great one.

OMG, seriously? First time? Holy Crap. And you were right the first time you pronounced his name. He was a 13 year old prodigy and went no where but up! Enjoy!

He's coming to my town soon! Heck - I've seen his ads 3 times this week while watching your reactions. Love his guitar work. Great bass line to this song. He's got a hint of that Mark Knopfler (Dire Straits) sound. Dude is from New York, but he feels like his soul is from Memphis or Chicago! He started out opening for B.B. King. Good learning tree to sit under.
