Hey, Britt! Mac made his way up as a battle rapper and this was Tom's first time in a rap battle. Mac Lethal's response... This is what it is supposed to do. I think Macs bars are more geared for a live audience, they sound like they may be something but because we are able to pause and pick them apart they tend to fall apart once anyone thinks about them. He does give us a couple of good hits, though. I think his best one is the Billie Eilish bar. Tom is very open about his life, so none of the true stuff hits with any heat (think 8 Mile). It's just when Mac is making stuff up or twisting things around it gets us #HOG up in arms. But this is a rap battle and I guess anything goes. 🙄 SJW=Social Justice Warrior, think Snowflake, like from Tom's song of the same name. Tom doesn't hide the fact that Nova helps him sometimes on the hooks, but Tom writes the verses and the beats, so this is an exaggeration for effect from Mac.
