That's all the work by ONE tbh, but he def went deeper with it in Mob. Like if you read into the backstories of many of the heroes in OPM, you realise that they would be the bad guys if placed into other universes. The universe of OPM is a really messed up place that's covered in a light hearted way. Same with Mob psycho

Mob psycho 100 is one anime I will ALWAYS recommend people to watch. It's so well written and thoughtfully crafted and it's just pure creative joy. It's goofy and funny, it's thought provking, it's at times downright terrifying, but most of all, it's so heart wrenchingly beautiful. There's nothing quite like it. I feel like it's one of those pieces of media that even if it doesn't seem like your cup of tea, whether it be artstyle, genre, or something else, you should give it a solid shot at least once before you decide if it's for you or not. I truly feel like there's something in it for everyone to enjoy. 1000% recommend.

Although I do think this show is much less talked about than One punch man, a show from the same author. It's still a defining anime of the decade and it has a lot of heart in it. Plus the animation is just god tier , they manage to make weird art look amazing.

The story is just heart warming, the character writing amazing and the animation is top tier. I highly recommend this series to anyone if you haven't seen it yet It is a bit quirky and it might not appeal to people getting into anime but I do hope you give it a chance to show how brilliant it is.

This series is beautiful, i certainly recommend it! Also a fun fact, the choir parts of mob choir songs are the entire team from the storyboards artists and animators to the directors and VAs. They are a mob choir because they are the entire mob psycho team forming a choir. Also, hilariously, opening 1 is FULL of very subtle spoilers 😉

Mob Psycho is my favorite anime ever, and while it's quite famous now, I would say it's still thrown aside way too easily by watchers because of the artstyle - something that I never understood because... Really ? It's UNIQUE, CREATIVE, you won't find anything like that anywhere else ! It might not strike you because you only are watching AOT, but I feel like sometimes so many animes look way too much like each other and lacks creativity in their artstyle, and so I'm so happy to have found Mob Psycho. And the fact that it's so flat and simple give the chance to the animator to give everything they have and to not bother with details, so basically, Mob Psycho is a treat to the eyes, the animation is just... *chief kiss*. And is it the only reason to watch it ? Hell no ! There are so many reasons to love it ! It might look slow at first, and it is slow in some way, but that's the beauty of it: it's not one of these anime that always need action to be interesting. The characters are human, with real flaws and good traits as well, and it's enjoyable to watch them grow even in their everyday life. There is something human and kind in this anime that just touched my heart and made me feel like having an experience instead of just watching an anime - the lessons I learned in it are valuable too, even more since I relate to the main protagonist (eh, I'm INFP after all). I love Mob Psycho so much, because like Fruits Basket, it's human, it's relatable, it's fucking beautiful thanks to its characters and the interactions between them. It's incredible how much love BONES put in this show. While they kinda rush some others animes nowadays like My Hero Academia for example and we get a new season every year almost, they really take their time with Mob Psycho - 3 years between each season so they can put all their talent and love into it : you can just feel that it's their little baby in some way, and that's adorable. In the end, this show is about friendship, people making mistakes and trying to be better. If you react to it, just know that it's okay if you don't like it at first, or if you feel thrown off because the humor is quirky and weird - sometimes you need several episodes to start to enjoy an anime, and it's normal and okay in my opinion.

So with the animation. The creator of the series is called One. He's a very unique case in the anime community because his art isn't that good. He's gotten a lot better over the course of his career, but initially his stuff was very crude until his first series to get picked up in One Punch Man. Where his talent for writing was recognized and he was given one of the greatest artists in manga, Yusuke Murata. This series shows his growth as an artist and especially as a writer. It's an absolutely God tier anime

So I doubt many people will know this one but it's an entire song and entire anime at once. It was written by an American DJ and composed my him and a French musician along with help from A-1 studios in Japan to animate. it took over a year of back and forth trips from American to Japan and many hours spent over call working together. It's called shelter by porter Robinson and it is one of the shortest anime that is out there but tells a story in 6 minutes that some shows and and movies take years to develop.

The voice of the singer is in the anime itself, You should definitely watch the anime, react to it if you want, it's amazing funny, and the artstyle changes all the time for comedic purpose or just to scare you

Mob Psycho 100 is written by the same author who wrote One Punch Man (if I remember correctly you said you had watched that one?). But while One Punch Man was picked up by an amazing artist, which is why the anime adaptation looks amazing, the Mob Psycho 100 animation is based on the art style of the original authors art, hence why it looks very funky! If you liked the story of One Punch Man you are going to love Mob Psycho 100, it has a really nice and childish vibe to it but doesn't hesitate to be darker and deeper than most adult shows at the same time.

New here. Saw your channel and instantly thought “rankings of kings openings, especially the second one”. So I honestly honestly recommend the second opening of Ranking of Kings. First one is great, second one is the best!

I'm sure you've heard this from people a million times already, but check out Dororo's Kaen. I guarantee you will lose your mind multiple times listening to it. Also I haven't watched mob psycho but I absolutely adore the openings, and from what I know about the show it's about a guy named "mob" (listless mob character) who is a psychic psycho.

Been watching all these reactions and been enjoying them , a few recommendations that are a little different from the usual ones you have been reacting too are - Your Name. soundtrack (Kimi No Na Wa) & Suzume No Tojimari OP (i think you'd love both of those a lot . ) As for outliers - Violet Evergarden OP has a beautiful vocalist - Monogatari Series has a lot of very popular openings in the anime community such as Platinum Disco / Renei Circulation etc. - Made in Abyss is a staple for its soundtrack as well - Mushoku Tensei OP's - Ya Boy Kongming is pretty funny opening but SUPER catchy - My Dress Up Darling - Yofukashi No Uta Hope those give you some ideas!
