Lovely reaction Britt. As you say, Ren is showing us by example that vulnerability is courage and strength and NOT as so many see it, weakness. We should all take a leaf from that book and one by one, person by person we will find healing and connection.

It doesn't Matter, Ren or anyone Connected to Ren never ever put in a Copyright claim but 3rd Party Scammers do, and anyone who puts in a claim against a Video is automatically believed by KZbin and the Video gets Blocked, multiple reactors have had Ren Videos subjected to Copyright Strikes, because KZbin never investigates these False Claims

@@lufc1919ers Sorry Dude but you have no idea how a Copyright Strike works, for a reactor it's still a huge headache to get a strike even if it's a false one, Rens Team and Ren can't react quickly to all these false claims and even if the reactor has proof of fair use and permission from the Artist, KZbin still makes it a ballache and time consuming to appeal

As a person that has had autoimmune illnesses for 32 ,years. I've had so many talks with myself of giving up, praying for strength, and well being exposed and vulnerable to others out of need. As humans I feel we need each other. When you are chronically ill and times desperate it breaks you a bit. But you persevere and fight for those that are around you, your loved ones. It's harder for me to see what my illness does to my family. So over my time at least I believe I've become more compassionate to others. For living in constant pain I know how intensely it hurts and I would not wish it on my worst enemy. If we could all try our best, at least most days just imagine that world

I’m so happy you did this. It’s as if he built a bridge to connect suicide to freckled angels. A mighty fine bridge indeed. I won’t even go into the piano playing. Is there anything this young man cannot do? Such a gift to my ears and my mind. Ren.

I understand why reactors don’t want to know anything about a song, but in Ren’s case I feel differently. Many songs are so specific that the reactions aren’t nearly as impactful if the backstory isn’t known. Hi Ren, Freckled Angels, Chalk Outlines, How to Be Me, Sick Boi, Suicide…all works of art regardless, but the lyricism is so poignant when you know where he’s coming from. Beautiful reaction ❤️

What a lovely reaction video to an amazing song by a very unique artist. You are so beautiful, in every single way. ( on the outside but more importantly ; on the inside ) You listen so intently and digest everything that is being expressed so tenderly by Ren in this amazing tribute to Joe, who, ( through Ren's incredible ability to touch us and communicate on a universal level ) we all feel we knew. We certainly feel Ren's pain and we must all take time out to realise that many people are going through this very same pain, every single second of every single day. Ren ( and reactors such as yourself ) are helping so many people through tough times ... and it is a beautiful thing to behold. God Bless you 🙏

9:08 Just my thoughts on your comment, but I believe that's exactly what he is already doing, just through his music. If done properly, it has the power to help heal. Which ties back to what you pointed out at 7:12. To me, this is why everyone seems to gravitate to his music, and many do not know or understand this and that this is the reason. We ALL have trauma and things that we need to release. Love your reactions by the way. ❤

Ren shows humanity and existence in a stripped down non filtered way. For bars, for concept, for getting a team that can produce the quality of content... he's the first since Lamar that really hit me in the last few years. Generational talent is not a decade.. its a in your lifetime talent.. Thinking he is my Otis, my Eddie, my Cornell, my Etta and Aretha. My C Robertson and my R Plant. [edited because I type funny and don't proof read until the after sent]

"Freckled Angels" is the title track of his last album. It's a song he wrote and sang at Joe's memorial. This song is a mashup of that and the end of "Suic!de". He also has a song "Dominoes" that isn't specifically regarding Joe and I didn't hear music from that song, but he touches on the concept here. Since I don't believe in an afterlife, when he sings about Joe being an "angel", I take it as a reference to the impact and memories of Joe using poetic language. Anyway, it makes more sense when he says they "last the longest" since angels are supposedly eternal. I don't mean to debate the subject. I'm just saying that we can ALL relate to Ren's songs as humans regardless of our worldview.
