This was even their BIGGEST hit, aside from "Get Ready for this", which is so well known in the American Basketball League. 🙂 As a 90s guys born in 1976, and growing up with this music, and being Dutch at the same time, I can say, "Shuffle" no, that was not present in the 90s here in Europe, but it did exit in (Melbourne) Australia. Europe, mostly The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany created their own stuff, and that was A LOT of stuff. Shuffle had a temporary uplift in 2012.

I remember this song at clubs in Spain in the 90s. We called this music style bakalao, don't ask me why, haha. I don't know. But yeah, pills, techno, blah, blah.

this techno was in the house music section in the stores back in the day. 2Unlimited was considered House and in one of their hits, i believe in the song "get ready for this" they are singing "House is the sound that moves you from the ground"

This was such a banger back in 1993, corny or not, it was *the* summer hit of 1993. There's actually a pretty good DnB remix of this.

Late 80s and early 90s edm has its own vibe. Some of it really bad, and then you get a banger like this one. I also loved C&C music factory, Pet Shop Boys.

As a European, I am just trying to imagine how this sounds to an American used to all the RnB moaning, groaning and whining up and down all the octaves, and then comes this ..

People shuffled at least in early 90s.. if "running man" counts. Didn't MC Hammer do that too. It's old anyway. I remember this exact song played at times in American MTV.. in European MTV this song and some other singles were on non stop. If you're into this, you might probably like (or remember) group called Cappella. Song is called - Move On Baby kzbin.info/www/bejne/o3SvgJ5sfspqnZY
