Never been a fan of any artist before until Dimash. So I had to go to his concert. I attended two so far. I just cannot describe to you the feeling. I honestly couldn’t keep my eyes off of him for the fear of missing an awesome moment. He sounds just as incredible in his concerts as he does on these videos. He is so grateful for his dears and tells them that all the time. That is why we all love him so much and not mind having to travel to go see his concerts. There’s usually people from sixty to seventy countries attending. I wish for you to be able to experience that sometime soon. Thank you for your reaction. Definitely enjoying your journey.

I heard two different vocal coaches say that his pronunciation was very good, but he sang with an accent, and any native speaker could tell he’s not Japanese. That makes sense. Also, Japanese tend to be overly polite and complimentary so as not to offend anyone. 🎉❤🎉

Hi from England. I’ve been to five overseas concerts, so far. What other artist has people coming from all over the world just to have the chance to be in the same room as him, and all singing lines from songs in different languages. At the concert in Istanbul, we were sitting next to French ladies on one side, who had never been to any concert before and two men from New Zealand, on the other side and we all hugged. The warmth is amazing. P.s. I am 80 now,

There's Dimash concerts these last few days, November 22 in Prague and today, November 24, in Dusseldorf, Germany. So you might get more views and subs after as lots of Dears are abroad. I myself from New York am in Germany attending the concert. FYI, I am also Japanese. Lol. He doesn't speak 30 languages. He can sing in any language he puts his mind to. He fluently speaks Kazakh and Russian. He has conversational English. And his Mandarin has gotten better. He tends to learn greetings in every place he performs in. I am loving your Dimash journey.

Dimash has sung songs in about 15 languages of which all but four or five he learns phonetically making sure he has the correct pronunciation. The languages he can actually speak pretty well in are Kazak, , Russian, Ukrainian, I would imagine he knows a fair bit of Italian having been Opera trained and English he is very good at. Chinese he is struggling with as it is so difficult to learn but the Chinese people all love himmany2ay Loving your reactions . Hope to see more I am from the Uk and love watching reactors discovering his diverse and astounding repertoire as I know due to age and health that I will never see him live in concert. Thank you❤️❤️

Thank you for continuing with Dimash, you will not be disappointed but amazed at what he can do. You are one of a very few people who pronounced the title right. He speaks Khazak, Russian and English and Mandarin but learns a song in another language for the country he is going to perform in. Besides this one, two of the best, imo, are Gesi Baglari in Turkish and I'll Die for the Wind in the Mountains in Armenian, the latter he learned in a matter of hours! Before you get to those, listen to Love Is Like A Dream, Marigolds and Know from the Kiev concert and the Bastau concert, very early in his career (2017) when he was 23. If you haven't watched all of The Singer competition in China, also 2017, please watch all of it. With Dimash it is a good idea to watch before and after he sings bc he talks to his fans, thanks his musicians and singers. and his music producer. They are his, he calls them the DQ team and they travel with him. Thank you for appreciating this very talented man. From the PNW, USA

Unfortunately, I couldn’t attend them, but I went to see him to Kazakhstan on September, Istambul on May and Antalya on May last year. This is a one-life experience and now, Dimash is my reason for doing tourism. I try to go to as many concerts as I can and visit the cities where he performs. The three of those I visited stunned me incredibly! So, why not. Every cities gets a plus if you can also assist to a Dimash Concert. ❤ from Spain

Dimash SINGS in 14+ languages, he doesn't SPEAK that many. He is fluent in Kazakh, Russian, English & has also been learning Madarin Chinese as he is very loved in China & peforms a lot there. I believe he learns some songs phonetically to honour the country he may be singing in. I have just come back from 2 concerts - one in Prague & another in Dusseldorf - and he is the most phenomenal performer. His voice is just magical & he is just a wonderful, respectful young man & remains humble in everything he does. Everybody who works, or has worked with him, always says lovely things about him. If you get the chance, go see him live, he will blow you away 😊🙏💞

👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍Hi 🙋♂️ Fegler. Be with me, The Story of One Sky ein mega Video fast 14 Minuten lang. Weitere Songs für dich : Adagio , Hello, All by myself, Daybreak , Show Must Go on, Queen Medley with the Super Vocal Boys , Michael Jackson Medley, A Question of Honor , Screaming - The Idol Hit, We Are One, Quarim Elim , Love is like a Dream.

For a beautiful song for the same festival (also not Jazz, but he was invited to contribute anyway) please react to Samaltau , in his home studio, in his beloved native Kazakh. It is the story of a young boy drafted into World War 1 by the Russian Tzar, forced to leave his elderly parents.accompanied by native instruments. If you want to know who Dimash is, see his Kazakh folk songs. ❤

He learned most songs, except for Kazakh and Russian, phonetically. French when he was a teen and began singing SOS. English, Italian, and Mandarin phonetically at the I am a Singer 2017 competition when he was 22. He said in one interview that he learned English from his stage crews. Most were not native English speakers, IDT. He has a good ear, so he would benefit from coaching either native speakers in English, French, and Spanish. He pronounces Italian beautifully. 🎉❤🎉

I kept waiting for the sound engineer to correct it to no avail. I learned later there were no sound engineers working at that concert. Three friends who sat about 100-150 feet back from me said they heard him just fine, but the percussion was pounding their chests. Next concert I’m not sitting near the front! 😢😂 🎉❤🎉. From Oregon

Salve salve! Abraços do Brasil!

He doesn't speak that many languages, he just learns how to pronounce the words on the music scores. (I know this from my own experience. I've sung Latin, French, German, Italian, and Hebrew, when I'm only fluent in English with a fair grasp of how to pronounce French. However, he does speak Russian, Kazakh, is becoming almost fluent in English, and is making progress in Chinese, even though he says that's the hardest to learn. Apparently Kazakh shares some language roots with Turkish and Ukranian, too.

👉 Dimash sang Ikanaide (live and for the first time in Japanese) on the Tokyo Jazz Festival in 2021(in his studio). Because of the “pandemic”, the annual Tokyo Jazz Festival took place online again. Filmmakers verify that the videos have not been edited and manipulated, so the singer sings live. In 2020 Dimash also participated in the famous annual Tokyo Online Festival with 2 songs: * S.O.S. - kzbin.info/www/bejne/jZWuinelprB_hpo * Samaltau - kzbin.info/www/bejne/mXbcfayBjJKajbs The original song Ikanaide was composed in 1989 by Koji Tamaki (*1958) singer and songwriter, the lyrics come from one of his lyricists Goro Matsui. In the same year, the song was used as the theme song for a Chinese-Japanese television series Farewell, Lixianglan, about the Japanese woman Yoshiko Yamaguchi (*1920 - † 2014) a Chinese-born Japanese actress during World War II. She hid her Japanese heritage under the name Li XIanglan and became famous in China. However, when the war was over and she revealed her identity, she was accused of being a spy. She was deported to Japan and longed for China. Ms. Yamaguchi did not return to China until many years as deputy environment minister in the Japanese parliament. The song is a metaphor as the lyrics speak of how a person should hide what they are feeling. Koji Tamaki sent a wonderful message to Dimash, thanking him, and praising him for singing his song in Japanese. Vbloggers, they reacted to the original by Koji Tamaki, they are mesmerized and can't stop listening to Koji Tamaki. He wrote many wonderful melodies - you should check it out: Koji Tamaki 2021, Ikanaide - kzbin.info/www/bejne/haHKn4BogsiWebM Dimash's Japan Fan Club asked the famous Japanese author of lyrics of 'Ikanaide' Goro Matsui about his emotions at Dimash performance. It's one of his favorite songs: "… I heard Dimash singing "Ikanaide" by accident. The first thing that impressed me was his crystal clear tone and expressive voice. I heard other Asian artists perform the song many times, but despite their magnificent vocal skills, none seemed to capture the true meaning of the original lyrics. In the chorus of the song, the line "Ah, Ikanaide" is repeated several times. And although these are the same words, each line has a different meaning. And it seems to me that Dimash felt it. " In 1993, Jacky Cheung (*1961, singer and actor in Hongkong) adapted the song into Chinese Mandarin, calling it Late Autumn: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mqWwY3ipnK13aa8 The Chinese (Autuumn Strong) and Japanese (Ikanaide/ Please, Don’t Go) versions have completely different lyrics and meanings… and of course Dimash sings both very differently: - The Chinese version shows the image of leaves dancing in the autumn wind as a metaphor for the passage of time, a farewell and change...sad but inevitable and irrevocable - The Japanese version does not want to accept the loss of a loved one, is full of pain, begs, suffers... heartbreaking. I'm totally mesmerized by how sensitively Dimash differentiates and conveys to the listener the feelings of sadness and loneliness in the Chinese version and loss and pain in the Japanese version. Even his whispers and his breath are music... it breaks my heart and the tears flow... and at the end everyone suddenly holds their breath, we hear Dimash breathing, then a deep and comforting hum. I've never heard anything like that from other singers in my entire life. Only Dimash can do that. This is true mastery. * The most famous interpretation In China (first performance at the Singer 2017) was that of Dimash Qudaibergen and it was his first time to sing in Chinese mandarin: Autuumn Strong - kzbin.info/www/bejne/gZ7MY5aMns-Xg9E This song brought Dimash the 'Best Foreign Singer' award at the Golden Melody Award 2017 (equivalent to the Grammy) in Hong Kong. * Great performance (Chinese version) of Dimash from Kiev 11.03.2020, the last concert before Corona paralyzed everything: Autumn Strong - kzbin.info/www/bejne/amSaenipea6NnKc * Other version by Dimash: In Moscow on March, 2019 - Autumn Strong - kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y5bag2t4pMhlZ6s (Thanks to all Dears who helped to complete the information) Greetings from Germany

This version "Ikanaide" (行かないで) ) is the original, from 1989, composed by Koji Tamaki (famous Japanese singer, born in 1958) with lyrics by Goro Matsui. The version "Autumn Strong" (Late Autumn), sung in Chinese, uses the same song, but has another lyrics (Yaqui Cheung, from 1993) and another theme: It talks about the Japanese actress Yoshiko Yamagushi, very dear to the Chinese, who was deported when they discovered her Japanese origin (his real name was Li Xiang Lan and we're talking about World War II, where Japan was China's enemy) and never returned to China. In the original version, the lyrics are more intimate, sentimental and more recognized worldwide. It means: "Please don't go!". ✌️
