One of the things I love about Vlad's drumming are his mixed kick/tom fills and especially his accent hits on the cymbal bells he does in this and other songs. He is very creative and precise and apparently he writes a lot of music for the band (he plays piano and guitar too). All around badass, in a group full of total badasses

I must've watched 10 of these reactions of Jinjer, all Piscesbof course. But watching yours and your just pure adoration for this woman and this band makes me so happy!!! ❤ I'm a new fan also. It's weird, I heard a few songs a couple years ago and it didn't bite me, at all. 🤷 But when the Pisces video came out or started getting wings I was blown the fuck away! And like most of us Jinjer junkies I just can't get enough of Tatiana n co. Anyway, thanks for all your kind words for this Amazing band band out of war torn Ukraine. Oh, you mentioned seeing them in October! I got my tickets for House of blues downtown Disney, wondering which show you'll be catching??? 😉💯🤘❤️🔥

That last sound you were commenting on was a pinch harmonic off of the bass guitar. It’s a great effect that most instruments can produce using a “picking” technique with the picking hand and a light touch on the string at particular points at the string by the fret-hand.

If you're ever looking for a heavy song with a soft, bossa nova almost jazzy transition in a future Jinjer song...check out "Home Back". It's a very meaningful song to them as it's about having to live in or flee from a war-torn country (they hadn't been able to return to eastern Ukraine when they wrote it due to the ongoing war with Russia there). Lyrics are a must for all of their songs...very poetic! She has a way of weaving uncommonly used words and English isn't even her first language.

One thing I've noticed is that maybe they change bass and guitar to fit each song. On a couple instead of having the regular E, A, D, G, B, E, they change to A, E, A, D, F#, b. Not sure if it's to help voice or the main sound of the song. Either way it's great and still seems new(even though Jimi Page did that a lot)
