Thank you so much for reacting to this, THIS SONG IS INSANE 🔥 A lot of people who just discover BTS tend to listen to their mainstream songs first, so they only hear melodic raps from the rapline. Only people who just goes down the rabbit hole get to discover these songs. One thing tho, the coded lyrics video you watched kinda made a mistake. Jhope's part on the first verse was actually Suga! Suga and RM are the only ones that did the 1st verse and Jhope on the 2nd verse 😁 Can't wait for you to react to the explanation videos of this and Ddaeng. And the songs Tear and finally the Cyphers! 💜

Well guess I'm in the rabbit hole now then 😂 Yea I'm kinda annoyed when that happens, I couldn't find a link in my comments for a good one, so picked the most viewed one. I will do both explanations in 1 vid soon! That should help with who is rapping what as well I'm guessing? Those are for sure high on my list!💜

You have to watch their latest performance of this - Busan concert - Yet to come ! They are awesome LIVE ! Watch UGH and Cypher 3 live .. you won’t regret it ! Rap line at their best !!!

@@theogzeus …. You mean lyric video of Cypher first ? It’s up to you ( you can start with lyric video and then do both the UGH & Cypher 3 )… as many of us ARMYs probably told you - we don’t mind long reaction videos 😁… In the Busan concert - they did UGH & Cypher 3 both LiVE ( by Rap line ) .. it’s awesome ! They are so fierce !

If you want to see Ugh live I strongly recommend their Busan concert. It is a rap line set with Cypher 3 which is amazing.
@theogzeus2 жыл бұрын
Haven't listened to the Cypher 3 yet tho. Can I still do this before reacting to that? Or is there a specific Cypher 3 I should get to before the live?
@ericweinman94472 жыл бұрын
@@theogzeus The cypher series are early clap backs against haters. There are some great cutting bars so obviously watching it with some idea of the lyrics would add to the experience, It is quite exciting without the lyrics like going to a concert and hearing a new song. But if you want to watch the Cyphers first, it will be better and there is also Cypher Medley live blending all 4 which is amazing. P.S. Lyric videos often are rushed out then based on view count get watched based on view count. Often later lower view count ones are more accurate. You, a newbie, literally said this does not sound like J Hope early in the track. You were right. The video was lighting up J Hope when Suga was flowing.

Bts is originally a rap group, so hip-hop is their real language, that's what flows through their veins, most of their songs include this heavy rap with different flows... ( you can hear it mostly on their b-sides, not title tracks like this one) But those are not the songs that blew off so its normal for people to often associate them with other styles and not this. The music videos that are in their "BILLIONS CLUB" are mostly their few pop songs, when acually that's not their essence.They have over 300 songs where I can say that almost 70% of them have a heavy hip-hop influence. They have a different sound and interest in music, thats why they are so unique and always stand out among other k-pop groups.

Yea I can tell that the Billion videos are on the more pop side of things. But that makes a lot of sense ofc. looking forward to seeing more of the rap influence in the songs!

This is definitely one of their "explanation video is a must" songs (DKDKTV). It has everything from gang-slang to cultural references. It's pure lyrical genius!

Hard rap like Ugh is not my everyday music. I find watching the rap line perform live gives me an understanding of the powerful, the energy when they perform and this is what I enjoy when listening to it later 🔥🔥 recommend their latest performance from their Busan concert. Ahem ( the utterance of a sound similar to clearing the throat, intended to get attention , express hesitancy , fill a pause, hide embarrassment, warn a friend) is a synonym of Ugh . In this case, UGh can be related to a sound of frustration/anger/annoyance.

please react to ugh and ddaeng explained by dkdktv its literally too much to even comment if anyone tried their comment would end up in the spam box cause its too long lmao. no but seriously when it comes to bts they stay very true to hip hop and raps true form. when they write their raps its never fluff even relationship songs are more clever and interesting than the typical cliche relationship songs youd get from "boybands" its because bts started as a hip hop group based in hip hop roots which is anti establishment, rebellious, empowerment etc a very large part of army are hip hop heads as well as metal heads/rock fans. i personally have not met many armys who were kpop fans or pop fans before sure we all listened to the radio and knew the top stars/viral songs but not actual stans of kpop or pop music in general which is why armys stress bts lyricism cause we were already used to paying attention to lyrics from hip hop and rock artists. tbh if i was to "box" bts into a category itd be a hip hop/pop/punk hybrid genre-wise and lyric-wise and when it comes to describing their concerts/tours id compare them to rock groups the most in being able to sell out stadiums and having very high energy auidences. i havent been to enough hip hop concerts sadly to know if they compare and the ones i have been to were like hip hop artists who attened rock festivals like warped tour. but there may be crossover in audience energy from hip hop concerts too. anyways. please if its available do a explained video for those bts songs and future songs like baepsae for example cause these songs are almost impossible for us to understand unless you read like 5 pages explaining plus we like seeing reactions to the explanations cause its fun seeing the realization of how deep bts go and how real and raw they actually are compared to most kpop/pop artists.

@@theogzeus oh i forgot to mention a good channel/s you can use for lyrics are af taehyung and zaty farhani. steer clear of jaeguchi and lemoring those two channels almost always wrongly translate but if they happen to be the only ones available for a song then i guess you can use them in that case. also kinda related to UGH and kinda not. Suga did a collab with a solo artist named IU on a song called Eight and that song slightly ties with UGH! topic-wise not genre. dkdktv also did a explanation for that song. ugh was released first in feb 2020 and eight was released in may 2020 i think suga worked on the topics intentionally to make a point. please also react to eight and eight explained by dkdktv after you see ugh explained. youll get why i say they kinda tie together.

The colour coding in this video is incorrect. Jhope kinda sneaks up on you doesn't he? RM and Suga are usually noticed first, for good reasons. Then Hobi sneaks in with his sublime flow and vocals. Thank you for your reaction.

Just for you to know, the first bit of J-Hope at the beginning of the Song it's not him. It's still Suga. J-Hope comes After. It's a mistake of the person who did the color coded video...
@olgag99012 жыл бұрын
I really wish you picked a different channel for the lyrics video (don't go for the ones with the most views). this is not a good one. the translation is hardly the best and even the highlighted members are not always correct. j-hope sounds different because it wasn't j-hope but suga in some of the parts
