This is such a beautiful original song from Tim. He is a wonderful songwriter. This song was originally on Tim's solo album before joining Home Free called "The Best That I Could Do". Nice to see it redone with Home Free. Love Adam's percussion!

Tim has a great voice and songwriter. Tim wrote this song and Tim has five octaves. The harmonies are great and they are my favorite group. 😊❤❤❤❤❤❤

Nice reaction. Yes, Tim wrote this. Home Free has many songs that were written or co-written by one of them (though I think only Tim, Austin and Chance) and they are all amazing (try Remember My Name or Understand). As you were surprised by Tim's high notes you should try one of the 5 songs of his solo album he released on KZbin. They are all great, but I would recommend to start with either Come Go With Me (the lead single) or Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow/Stay.

Tim is an an amazing songwriter. What makes Home Free different is they have 3 amazing songwriters in the group ( Tim, Chance and Austin ) so you always have amazing original songs to listen to. Austin wrote a trilogy of songs for his wife Amberly called Stargazer Trilogy Give Me A Sign ( Chapter 1) Stargazer Lilies ( Chapter 2) MR (Chapter 3)

Even though I've always loved the song, it still gives me an extra boost when you "see" them singing it and a video to go with it. Beautifully sung, great background vocals, amazing beatboxing which is not too overwhelming here and don't forget the incredible bass

Yes! You figured it out before the end of the video! Tim wrote that song. He’s an amazing songwriter. Baton Rouge is actually my hometown where I grew up. I wasn’t born there, but my dad moved us there when I was 8. Grew up there and lived there off and on a couple of times after I got married, divorced and re-married. Then move to the smaller city near it. Love Tim’s style. It’s very heartfelt music. This one is tender and sweet. Austin and Chance are also very talented songwriters. Maybe check out all three of their KZbin channels. Anyway, I enjoyed your reaction (and your silliness at times. Lol)☺️

This is not a story about any of the members' lives. It's a song written by Tim Foust who is an unbelievable singer/songwriter with a 5 octdave range. He wrote this song about 15 years ago which he states in the outro of the song. Yes, Baton rouge is a city in Louisiana. Check out Tim's album "The Best That I Could Do" which is all originals written by him.

This is a beautiful song by Tim. I didn’t know they made a video of it, I only knew it as a lyric video. Tim has been a songwriter for a long time. This was before he was with Home Free if it was 15 years ago. Baton Rouge is a city in Louisiana.

Tim wrote this one some 15 years ago. 3 of them (Tim, Austin & Chance) are song writers so there are plenty of originals as well as covers. Tim's originals include "Champagne Taste", "Remember This" & "What's Left of My Heart": Austin's include "Save the World", "Love Me Like That" & "Lonely Girls World"; Chance's include "Skull & Bones" & on his channel "Leave Her Johnny/Lowlands". Keep falling down the rabbit hole!
