My dad banned vh1 and MTV when my brothers and I were growing up and living in nebraska I just naturally gravitated to country music. I’m 40 and this past year or so I’ve expanded what I listen to and now my playlists are mostly tatted up white male hip hop and rap artists :) I hadn’t even heard of Yelawolf til a year ago and just started listening o him the last couple months. Til It’s Gone is my current favorite if I have to pick.

Struggle & Jelly Roll were/are both some OG GD Folks 🔱 Strugg got out 5 or 6 years ago after doing almost 5 years on a conspiracy to dist charge. Strugg IS that dude. Him & been doing tracks together since 2009 they got a whole album worth of tracks together Strugg also used to 350 pounds. Lost all the weight and transformed in prison.

So struggle is Jelly Rolls best mate of over 20 years. They were in prison together. When struggle got out of prison Yela funded struggle to get going in his music career and financed his truck as well. All those boys are close and work together a lot.
