That's Greek bagpipes. At least one of the variants. There are multiple.

This is maybe the most ancient known instrument ever recorded. It is called gaida and it was played mostly during festivals of ancient Greeks like Dionysia or in their theatrical plays, tragedies, comedies, dramas. I have a greek friend who plays this and first time I saw him play I was ecstatic.

It doesn't really matter, but I think the instrument used for this song is called "Tsampouna". something like a greek bagpipe. Peace
