Wanda Jackson is awesome... Fujiyama Mama, Hard headed Woman, Riot in Cell Block 9, and I like her country vocals in "I gotta know"

She is a legend who has many great songs. She was doing country music and Elvis told her to do the rockabilly stuff. He said i think you will go far and she did.

Wanda was very popular and one of the best female rockabilly singers and a pretty good guitar player. Her biggest hit was a crossover pop song "Let's Have a Party" and I hope you react to it as well as Hard Headed Woman and my fave (on KZbin) is her live performance on an old country tv show singing Sparkling Brown Eyes.
