Btw mousaka it's not like lasagna but pastitsio is since it's made with pasta.

Both spinach pies are traditional. The simple one we call it just pie (pita) and for the swirling one we add the adjective "strifti" (twisted). For example my grandma does only strifti pies, e.g. with cheese, walnuts, or pumpkin.
