I know you're wondering why greens are not in the meat. That's how we do it in East Africa we separate greens from the rest of foods

Nice food vlog 👍🏾 Some dishes are shared/similar in East Africa. But with slight local differences for the dishes that are shared. The best pilau in Kenya is made by the coastal tribes in Kenya like the Waswahili people who add many flavorful spices. Owino market? 🤔 Is that an area near (or named by) one of these Ugandan ethnic communities: Iteso, Langi, Acholi, Alur, Karamojong, Jie, Madi or Lugbara Maybe your fellow Ugandan content creators would know. Owino in Luo means "one who was born with the umbilical cord around them/the neck. Safe travels in the land of the Buganda Kingdom! ✌🏾

My only concern is them touching food with their hands when serving and that very clean towel they are wiping plates with. It doesn’t need washing because it’s already very clean 🤮🤢
