Fun fact the blonde female high school student that was fan girling over Alvin,Simon, and Theodore in the classroom after Dr. Rubin brought them in and introduced them was played by Bridgit Mendler who had a role in Disney's Good Luck Charlie as Teddy and she also had a role in Disney's Lemonade Mouth oh yeah and Toby's actor Zachary Levi had a role as an FBI Agent in a comedy movie called Big Mama's House 2 which also had Martin Lawrence in it as the main character who was also an FBI Agent

The group you saw was called Quest Crew and they won the 3rd season of America's Best Dance Crew in 2009. (boy, I feel old) and they made up with Asian Americans. Also that girl was Charice Pempengco, a belter singer from the Philippines and now he is called Jake Zyrus. I am proud of this movie because it shows diversity and also we have a Filipino representatives.

Theodore was always my favorite of The Chipmunks until the Chipettes were introduced with Eleanor. She'd always been the kindest, cutest thing ever. If you need more proof than this movie, watch the amimated movie where they race around the world. I darebyou to NOT tear up at a certain part.

Theodore has always been my favorite chipmunk since the first one came out. I remember it was my 15th birthday and it was the worst,, until I saw this on the theatre. I just forgot all the tears and anger. Also the fact that Jesse McCartney voiced for Theo makes life just 100x better (he's my 1st ever celebrity crush btw,,)

I got the soundtrack for this movie on CD when I was little, and I played the hell out of it. Even the songs that were featured briefly or weren't sung by any of the chipmunks were included, and had those characters feature in the songs or sing them completely. They also added in a bonus song, which was "I Gotta Feeling".

Theodore was named after Ted Keep, a sound engineer working at the record company that Ross Bagdasarian Sr. (creator of the Chipmunks) worked for. It's unclear who Eleanor was named after when Janice Karman created the Chipettes in the 80's. There might be some connection there.
