I have a love-hate relationship with Arrowverse shows (and CW shows in general) because of how good their first seasons start out and how the plot declines in quality over time. The Flash may have been the first show I watched and enjoyed, but I think every Arrowverse show had their moment of a golden era, and The Arrow is no exception, as you mentioned. These shows still have a special place in my heart though, regardless of the quality. Also, just as a heads-up, since I’m not sure if you've watched DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, but in the beginning, each main character from that show were previously side characters/side character-adjacent, whether it be villainous or heroic people, and so the first episode has a LOT of references to The Arrow and The Flash.

The first seasons are always spectacular, the second really solid, but by the third season the quality starts going downhill where each season is worse than the last. Every single one of these shows does the same exact things that cause it. It's crazy.

Arrow season 1 & 2 were by far the best. Season 3 wasn't too bad and then it kind of fell off. Same for the flash but I will always love the Flash. The rest of the arrowverse was meh but the crossovers were fun and a good watch.

Ehh I think out of all the Arrowverse shows..Arrow had the best run..the only bad seasons were 4,6, and 7B imo.. 7A's prison arc was fire.. and S8 was really good.. still one of my favorite shows.. and some fans just hold on to hate and resentment from previous seasons..sure Felicity wad annoying in S3B and S4 but S5 onwards she wasn't that bad imo..and she was great with William..

@@CaptainThugRdx S8 was incredible and I'm glad they were able to plan it out knowing it was their last season. And S5 was such a good bounce back from a lackluster S4, which wasn't god awful, just not as good as the others.

@@CaptainThugRdx I always loved Felicity even when she was annoying. Always knew they belonged together. I did love the Prison breakesq of season 7 but then it did drop off a little.

Green Arrow in the comics is way more optimistic, lighthearted, charming and quipy and Way less brooding. The character is also more vocal about his liberal political views and he mostly goes over criminal elitist corrupt politicians, Corporate CEO'S and mob bosses. Season 1-2 are absolutely GOATED season 3 is pretty good. Season 4 was crap but season 5 was absolutely perfect season 6-7 okay and season 8 was spectacular .

This show has some of the craziest ups and downs of a show but one things for certain, the first couple of Seasons are spectacular. I thought season 5 and 8 was amazing too

Season 1 of Arrow and Flash, and even legends of tomorrow are really good, that is how they draw people in, but then they started to add AMERICAN politics in there, so "¤"#"¤"¤ cringe

Arrow 1 -3 are peak. 4 -6 aren’t tooo bad. But after that’s is not really good. Flash 1- 4 are peak. Season 5 not that bad. Season 6 and the rest are just no. The best thing in those seasons are the powers he develops

The opening scene hits different once you know what you are watching. Also, the consensus seems to be Arrow S4 is the worst season of them all, and if I ranked them it would be, but it's not terrible. The other seasons are just that much better.

Supergirl,The flash and arrow i had watched well not all seasons i started watching Supergirl when it just started, watched arrow when many season 1 episodes were out same with the flash, i finished 4 seasons of the flash, and for super girl and arrow i watched a lot of seasons i don't remember where i left of but i never continued it but i just watch clips on KZbin. Great shows but later later seasons not that good like with the flash.
