I think "Bay Harbor Butcher" is accurate I think Dexter doesn't like it because serial killers have egos and I think he figured it would be scarier or more menacing but that's generally how they come up with nicknames.

RE 2:40 FYI, a "7-10 split" in bowling terms are the two pins furthest apart from one another. ie, the back left and the back right pins. So add up "furthest apart", "split" and "strip club", and you can figure out what Masuka is implying.

As a kid I crawled into a storm drain and through the pipe to the other side and out. Never tried it with a car parked in front and I doubt I would have done it. Mark Pellegrino (Paul Bennett) would be my choice as Dexter if Michael C. Hall wasn't Dexter We know Mark can be intense from his portrayal as Lucifer in Supernatural and we saw he's good with the kids. Little Chino fit into that trunk? Please! Now, how does one make all those trips out in an open fisherman with a body in black plastic and never be seen? With his trophies found wouldn't a change in procedure demand he not do the Love Boat Carnage? I'm sure at this point criminals thinking Dexter will be a source of circumventing real cops is dead.
