One of my favorite parts of this movie are all of the improv by RDJ. Like RDJ hid blue berries around set during that whole argument between the Avengers

I would absolutely recommend you watch Agents of Shield. The show takes place directly after this Avengers movie. How Coulson is in the show and alive will be explained..

All I can tell you is: Yes, Phil Coulson died in the Avengers and he is in Agents of SHIELD and yes regarding to MCU timeline this show starts more or less directly after the avanegers movie. Now its your turn to figure out the rest :D
