15:30 That's the Arrow. The Flash is actually a spinoff show if the show Arrow, focusing around a batman type vigilante called Oliver Queen. Barry had met Oliver before during season 2 and that was actually leading into the pilot of the Flash show. Barry met Oliver and became friends with him so now both of their shows exist in the same continuity. They'll frequently do crossovers with each other and some of them won't make as much sense because you'd also have to be watching arrow to know what's going on in the other show

The man in green is the protagonist of Arrow, Oliver queen. Barry was introduce in the middle of Arrow’s 2nd season. There both Oliver and Barry became friends, and later on Oliver becomes like a mentor figure to Barry. As of Season 3 of Arrow and season 1 o Flash, both shows are interconnected chronologically. Both heroes will now often show in each-others episodes in order to help themselves with their threats. If you ever want to continue this show it is recommended for you to watch at least a resume of the other shows and their respective seasons, depending in which season you are. This also means some sort of compromise since at worst you’d have to keep up with 4 different shows. But hey, content The chronological intersection is: Arrow and Flash, Season 3 and 1 Arrow, Flash and Supergirl, Season 4,2 and 1 Middle of Arrow, Flash and Supergirl, Season 4,2,1 and now Legends of Tomorrow season 1 After that all show run at the same time, sort of.

Just some info: -Seasons 1-3 and amazing -seasons 4-5 are good but with some pretty mid episodes -Seasons 6-7 are crap but if you continue to watch you kinda have to watch them -And season 8-9 is better then 6-7 and clears up info about the murder of Barry’s mother. I love This show I do recommend atleast 1-3 and if you like them then 4 onwards.

The man in the green hood is the GREEN ARROW he also becomes a member of the justice league, barry first appeared in another CW show called Arrow in S2 he played a cameo as a CCPD detective investigating a certain case. anyways, you should watch those eps to make sense of the rooftop scene and why green arrow has this sort of mentor relationship to barry.
