Side note: Eliza Dushku stated that while filming True Lies at the age of twelve, she was sexually molested by the film's stunt coordinator, Joel Kramer. According to Dushku, soon after that, an adult friend of hers confronted Kramer on set, and that same day, Dushku was injured during a stunt and several of her ribs were broken, while Kramer was responsible for her safety.[11] Kramer has denied the accusation of sexual misconduct.[12] Dushku's co-stars Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jamie Lee Curtis, Tom Arnold, and director James Cameron all voiced support and admiration for Dushku's bravery

Almost ZERO chance that her claims were true. Ever been on an active movie set. Most of them are far from "quiet". there might be 50 people or more running around the area where the production location is active. Among those are REAL COPS. It could be more plausible on a low-budget movie set but this was a big budget movie with a lot of people involved every day of shooting, I am sure. The closest thing to quiet on a movie set are the actor's trailers but I doubt a stunt coordinator would ever be in one of those trailers for any reason. I don't even think Dushku is being truthful about her ribs being broken. Injuries like that could delay a production for months.

About the "there's no fun movie anymore like in the 90s" topic, I just wanted to say that there are tons of amazing movies nowadays, but the society has mutated into a society of spoiled kids... And what I mean by that is that, in the 90s, not all movies were Terminator 2 or Indiana Jones... It's a huge trend nowadays to say that all 90s movies were a 10 out of 10, but even if a lot of them were fun and entertaining, the thing is that in most cases it was what they were at best. And don't get me wrong, that's cool, and we had some great fun time for sure ! 👍 And since COVID people don't go to the movie theater anymore and rather stay at home watching movies on their TV like you do ; the vibe is different now, the mindset of the audience too ; but the quality is here more than ever. 👌💯✨ The truth is that movies like the first Avatar or Avengers Endgame are at the top of the all-time box office, the Fast & Furious movies make a lot of money,...etc. And what I mean by that is that people love contemporary movies (2010s and beyond), but it doesn't make you sound cool enough if you praise contemporary movies over 90s movies ; and it's called "primacy bias". 😉 While in the end, we all know that there's a ton of great movies made after 2010 (tell me you don't like Interstellar, Django Unchained, Parasite, the Dune movies, Avengers Infinity War & Endgame, Mad Max Fury Road, Spider-Man into the Spider-Verse, Inception, Arrival, the John Wick saga, the Planet of the Apes saga, Logan, The Revenant, Top Gun Maverick, the Creed movies, the Guardian of the Galaxy movies,...etc I could go on and on forever, because there are tons of post-2010s movies, but you just decide to purposely develop some amnesia in order to put on the forefront the fake fact that there were tons of 10 out of 10 movies in the 90s and there's none after 2010)... The percentage of high quality movies is very probably much higher than it was 30 years ago, but the economic model of cinema isn't the same anymore (production budgets for streaming services happen to be high in few occasions only, because the benefits aren't as concrete as it was when people actually were going in theaters in huge numbers) + like I said, people now are spoiled kids who love to hate on everything because it makes you look smarther, when in fact we are way way more spoiled with quality content than we were in the 90s... And that's the thing, because when there was a huge movie (like Terminator 2, for example, this was an absolute event, and this lasted fairly well until the end of Marvel Studios phase 3 (Avengers Endgame) with the combination of the COVID factor... Now, when something big gets released, only a share of the population gets excited over it while the rest is like "meh". And it has nothing to do with the actual quality of movies (more and more great movies fail financially and/or find an audience), but with the fact that people don't go out anymore + the fact that we are spoiled with a shit-ton of good, great and very creative stuffs (whether it is videogames or movies or series) ; and believe me, if in the 90s we had half of what we're having now (in terms of quantity & quality as well), we would have been crazy excited af !!! PS : Love your reactions, but : DADDY, CHILL, don't fall into the primacy bias thingy ! We are spoiled with tons of great stuffs, we are extremely lucky ! 90s movies were a lot of fun, that's 100% for sure, but loving them doesn't prevent us from loving all these amazing contemporary movies ! 🎬❤ Bye now ! 💬✨

I HAVE SEEN 20 reactions to TRUE LIES !!!! And no one has gotten the "NATASHA" line yet from Jamie. The 1950's "Rocky and Bullwinkle" cartoon adventures of an idiotic Moose and a lovable naive Squirrel who always unknowingly spoil the plans of 2 incompetent Russian husband and wife spies. "BORIS and Natasha " !!! When I first saw this movie I wanted her contact name to be Natasha and was just as excited as Helen was at the possibility. IT WAS A GREAT LINE for this movie. I am 63 so somebody agree they got the joke besides me

I love their reactions, I truly do. And I'm subscribed to both their channels. But one day...One day I want someone to explain to Ash what "Symbolisms" really means.

The young actress who’s playing the daughter Dana is played by Eliza Dushku you might know from her later role in the first Bring It On film with Kirsten Dunst

Arnold stepping on the leg of a gun and immediately shooting it after landing right into his hands has got to be one of the most badass moves I've ever seen on film. Come on now. What beats that???

Hahaha I love you guys! Such chemistry and you're just as crazy as me! Such a great Arnold movie!! He was knocking it out of the park for like a decade with just one great movie after another! Last Action Hero and Total Recall are probably my favorites from that era.

this is actually a remake (of a french movie I think) but ramped up for Arnie, its just such a rare example of every casting being perfect, everyone has chemistry every effect lands perfectly and it all feels so good!, FYI they actually dangled Jamie Lee Curtis from the underside of a helicopter for real for this movie, what a star!!!!
