@@sabihaanurik this is late and you were responding to someone else’s comment, the YANIBEST satin bonnet is great, doesn’t give you a headache, and keeps my hair soft and shiny (I have straight/wavy hair) but hopefully this helped 🤗

You need a 100% silk bonnet (mine is mulberry silk) and then your head won't get hot

I have a silk wrap and I love it even though it was feeling hot the first nights but now I feel I have to sleep with it to protect my hair 😅 I want a silk cover pillow now❤

I found a hair bonnet that is actually less hot to wear has silk only on the inside cotton on the outsideand ties up at the back so wont fall off they were called damngina turbans

I use a bonnet to cover my hair and pull it down past my eyes as an eye sleeping mask 😅 I always get the best sleep while wearing my bonnet

Guys.. hair growth is not just about what you do on the outside. It’s also about what you do on the inside. Good sleep, less stress, calmness and a good nutritious diet also play a big role in hair growth

As a natural curly haired Irish woman I sleep very comfortably with my hair wrapped. When it’s not wrapped the wild feral creature that is my hair gets all over my face, neck, back, armpit, chest, boyfriends face, ect…super uncomfortable for everyone. But with this the creature is kept in the cage and the next day it looks better than before!!! Also I never get split ends now.

You can consider using a satin or silk pillowcase, works the same way a bonnet would. You could also get a bigger satin bonnet, or one that you can tie yourself. But in the case of feeling too much heat, satin pillowcase beats a satin bonnet even if it’s bigger in size.❤ PS: you have really beautiful hair.

@@vaishnavimunj3054 you can get a satin pillow case and no, it won’t cause you sweating or make you feel uncomfortable. A hair bonnet can make you feel heat but you’re safe with a pillow case. I’ve been using mine for some years now and it’s a great substitute for a satin bonnet.👍🏻 I highly recommend.

Get a bigger bonnet, ooor you can get a satin pillowcase and you can keep your hair free. A plus would be satin sheets as well.

Invest in a better bonnet with a wide band that’s double lined. The one you’re using looks cheap and tight. They’re supposed to be soft and breathable and not so tight they give you a headache.
