So, yesterday I did something, that I considered as impossible for me to do: I beated the DLC on *Nightmare* to get the Gold Skins, and damn, they are easy my favourite in the Game! Especially BFG, SSG and Ballista! I am proud, as I have overcome myself, to a Level, I thought I could never reach. On the downside, it took me 6 Hours, and I was near burn out. It really was a Nightmare, but one, that was worth it. I love my Gold Weapons!!

Dont really need the quick swaps though. Just cycle two weapons and that should be enough. Utilise grenades and abuse the hammer

Strafing the zombies and lining up multiple headshots with PB during the purple goo segment in World Spear really improved my runs. It feels like the schtick for that encounter, popping up with meathook when you need to slap the mancubi around. Great video mang

The difficulty in this DLC was pretty underwhelming I'd say. I beat this with ease despite being rusty from not having played since October, it left me genuinely asking out loud if this was it lol. Part One had given me one of the most intense gaming experiences of my life so this was unexpected.

Hey man, I'm currently playing TAG 2 and in the last arena of the reclaimed earth, now in update 6.66, there's a tyrant and a baron wave. It's pretty intense I must say. Nice gameplay, I like to see UN players 'cuz they usually have a high DPS output in order to minimize the time facing them and subsequently the probability of dying.

It's actually way way safer than staying inside. It's also not a bad option to run out of the bubble on the first one and destroy the buff totem, provided you can find your way back

@@socialjihad5724 I know about destroying the buff totem (the first time I played I thought that's what the devs intended people to do) but it never would have occurred to me to exit the bubble in the purple goo section. The only reason I left the bubble for the buff totem was because I thought that buff totems continually spawn enemies until you break them, so either they changed that or I got confused because That's the way the Archvile works and I mistakenly thought the totems worked the same.

@@Bloxwess Yeah, archvile actually only buffs the enemies it summons until you kill it; buff totems just buff the existing enemies in the map. If you don't destroy the buff totem, fodder enemies will keep spawning, cause technically the buff totem is considered a mandatory enemy on the map before the arena progresses, but it doesn't summon anything itself

Hey mayo, if you want to ballista boost it's a pretty simple trick; just let go of the movement keys while you jump, do a 180, shoot ballista, turn back around, press desired movement keys. Even if it's "not you" I think it CAN be if you try to incorporate it into your playstyle. It's super fun and great for just flying around the arena!

I was playing through TAG 1 on Nightmare recently and for the most part it was a good time, challenging for sure but I got to the seraphim fight and got stuck for a long while on the final phase. I can definitely say that my feelings on it haven't changed since my first TAG 1 run. But this time around I noticed something I hadn't before, there are so many ways to regain ammo in that fight but there's not many ways to get good amounts of health. So I came to a solution for my "issue" and it's to make it so blood maykrs drop health when you headshot them - not as much as drones because I think those drop over 100 or something crazy like that but I think around 50 hp for headshots could be a nice tweak that wouldn't be too over the top. Been trying to get feedback on the idea (it also always seemed weird to me that both maykrs give you ammo but only drones give you health but that's just me)

2 ways to make it easy: either just use BFG when the 1st mancubus appears, or just stay mostly outside of the goo. Yeah, you'll take some tick down damage, but as long as your using flame belch and killing the fodder, you'll easily beat the damage taken there. Much betterr than trying to stay in the circle where you can barely move

For the purple goo fountain in World Spear, the Full-auto CSG is pretty effective, since you can pop zombies at your leisure. Once the Mancs show up, just use a BFG

keep watching other players combos/strategies to give yourself more options and practice them one by one and learn how much each enemy takes and you’ll get there. I’ve gone from struggling on my first play on tytd to now nearly finished ultra violence and a few levels into nightmare.

At around 58:05 I had that exact same issue. Turns out the Arachnotron you killed at 56:42 respawns for some reason? Killing it again allowed me to continue the level.

I literally just got a bug Ive never seen before. During an UN run I beat the exultia slayer gate, talk to Valen, and am climbing the falling platforms to get to the last arena. As climb onto one of them my screen flashes white and teleports me back to the slayer gate room as if I had just beaten it again..... weird..... so I walk back down to the platforming area and now that platform that teleported me has not and is not respawning...... Interesting.
