You scored big with the cast iron pan & it looks like it's already seasoned & ready to use!! The yoga mat was a great find too.

You definitely got some great deals! It was fun seeing all that stuff at the estate sale. It reminded me of going through my parents house. I still have a lot of stuff that belonged to my grandmothers and my parents. I used the antique stuff to decorate my house.

Yay for a new yard sailing (sale-ing? lol) adventure. The cast iron dutch oven was a stellar find. I suggest this with love, if/when you take us along for another afternoon exploring yard sales could you pretty please pan around a little more slowly the rapid change of view induces motion sickness and I have to fast forward :( Your pictures turned out beautifully

I have a theory on why dogs wait to drink till you come back/home, they know that drinking makes them have to go potty, so they don't want to have to go potty if you're not home to take them out. I have a Bulldogge and a Pug that won't drink unless I'm home. That HFH Restore was crazy cool. I've never heard of that before. Give up the Teflon pans. They are bad for your health. Invest in stainless steel and cast iron. If you commit that you won't cook in nonstick any longer, then you're figure out a way to make it work. I gave up Teflon 25 years ago and haven't looked back. My kids have never had food cooked on nonstick. Salvation Army is a great place to look for rugs. They are very reasonably priced and often times new or quite new. TFS!!

Cast iron is the best! Read up on how to season your pan & maintain the surface - it's not complicated but very necessary. Rory is so delicate eating that ice cream cone! It would be gone in one big gulp with my doggies lol

Of course, I am wearing "Gig'Em Aggies"!!!! Thanks for the memories!!! I will send you a recipe for Chicken Marengo in your new Lodge Dutch Oven (that is what your new Lodge pot is, a Dutch Oven). It is particularly fitting as The Texan Restaurant used to be on South College Avenue near Shipley's and was my in-law's restaurant. Chicken Marengo was one of my favorite dishes!!!

Woww, that cast iron pot is fabulous. I wonder if you can make corn bread on the stove, since it is heavy and has a well fitted top. Yummy... i loved going to yard sales when I lived in the US, in my country they have some estate sales, but items are too expensive for my taste. That is about the only important thing that I missed upon returning home.👍👏

I have been following you for a couple of years now. I totally look forward to your videos everyday. I am so excited that you are debt free. On a side note..... just wanted you to know that when your older videos pop up I can't believe how much weight you have lost. You never really talk about that but I wanted you to know that you look great. I watch your food prep videos and you seem to just eat a normal diet. Hoping you may elaborate on this :)

Wow, I just saw two rotary phones at the estate sale, that is rare indeed. I really enjoyed the estate sale footage, it would be ok if it wasn't sped up quite so fast, it was a little hard to see what all they had. ( I know you wanted to keep the video to a short enough length, you could just post that part as a separate video, so people could watch it or skip it.)

When she came out of the restore, her windows were cracked open so no AC was on. I live in a hot climate and even police dogs and animals that have been picked by animal control have died being left in car when they thought AC was on. It doesn't take long for animals to over heat. I would rather play it safe and when it's hot, leave animals at home when there are stops to be made when they cannot accompany us into stores.
