I thought i recognized that voice of Amy's. I am so happy you shared your pictures of weekly process. I am currently 2 days away of my three month mark on hormones myself. Its encouraging to see your progress and look forward to my own changes coming up. I like how you took pictures once a week. I am behind the curve but you inspired me to start at the 3rd month. I will have a different screen name for the channel more to follow soon.

Natalie you are great and as someone about to begin hormone therapy I am much encouraged by the great change in you. An unexpected joy is the backing track by Amy Ray. A hidden gem. Why don’t they have a major contract? I am completely hooked by this song.
@nataliess34896 жыл бұрын
Zoë Genevieve Perry thank you so much!! Indigos were with epic for many years but I believe went independent in 06 for more artistic freedom. Amy Ray has 6 solo records out on her own label Daemon, with another one this month. And Emily put out her first solo album this year on another independent label- AND they’re recording another album together!! Love them! Best of luck on your hrt journey. If you do pills, be sure to hold the estrogen pills under your tongue or gum line rather than swallowing. Much better absorption (according to my doctor anyway)

I live in Bristol, England but years ago lived in Dunwoody for a few years. I can see at Amy Ray is Atlanta based. This track is so fantastic I can’t understand how it didn’t make it big. I am getting my hrt privately and don’t yet know if I will be prescribed pills. At my age is suspect they will give me a patch. I am terribly excited about starting. I hope you are continuing to blossom as more months go by.

Great video. I just celebrated my 2 year anniversary. I would like to get better at doing my hair and makeup. I met The Indigo Girls a couple of times. They were guest at a hotel that I was working for at the time. They were fairly decent tippers:)

You're looking great Natalie. I might have missed something but how can you come off T-blockers without SRS or an orchiectomy? Estrogen alone doesn't stop the testosterone.
@nataliess34896 жыл бұрын
Joe Blanton in my case t was low enough to be suppressed by the estrogen. By my doctors definition I would have counted as some level of intersex so i know I’m not a typical case.

What is the difference in effect and usage between patches, tablets and injections?
@nataliess34896 жыл бұрын
Colin Ely everyone responds differently. The main disadvantage to pills is that they have to go through the digestive system and liver which destroys a considerable amount of the medicine. Injections or patches sidestep that.

You're way more handsome as a man. When you pass away from this fake world you will get your male body back without judgment. This world will try to hurt you for making a mistake and doing what you think is right. But Jesus will always love you no matter what. Don't listen to organized religion. I wish you well on your journey. It's not better to try and be a woman when you're a biological man. Men are much more naturally beautiful.
@ConservativeMan595 жыл бұрын
So sad that the feminist movement has become so extreme and powerful to be able to affect the psyche of young man like this into denouncing his biological sex, be ashamed of his biological sex, encourage him to change his biological sex and live the rest of his life separated from reality as though he really is a woman. It’s tragic! This young man will chase this illusion with a lifetime of medications and surgeries to impersonate the opposite sex but he’ll never be satisfied. He’ll become angry in time after all the surgeries and drugs don’t convince heterosexual males to accept him as a female. In other words, society (straight mean and boys) are not only expected to accept him for his transgender choice (that’s fine actually, live and let live) but we’re told we must enter into the illusion with them or we are then tagged as intolerant, haters and bigots. Does that make sense to anyone? Not to me.
@nataliess34895 жыл бұрын
Terry Taylor the funniest part of this incredibly inaccurate comment is that you think I give a fuck about being accepted by straight men. Try again Terry. Try to look at genetics with more than a fifth grade level of analysis and you’ll see that intersex people do exist, that the feminist movement often wants nothing to do with us (so that’s wrong too) or that at any point I’d regret this. Two and a half years in, I’m happier and happier every single day and I’m not hurting a damn soul being who I am.
