Nah, I think that phenomena is caused partly due to small First Years. Like at the start of the year, the vast majority of the First Years in my school looked like they came from Fifth Class, in fact, there was one lad that didn't even come up to my elbow. So thus, the bags just look bigger

Some girls did this for our annual prize giving comedy sketch. It was priceless. They had a teacher on stage and all and even impersonated one.
